Pull up and park in our private, paved driveway and let your cares melt away. Enjoy a swim in the brand new private pool or soak up the sun in the shallow lounge area. Rinse off from a fun day in the sand with our hot and cold outdoor shower. There is plenty of shaded entertainment area next to the pool to relax, have a drink, or fire up the grill. Let the kids run and play in the privacy of our fenced yard.
Once upstairs, you’ll find a covered balcony with table and chairs. Watch the people below in the pool or sit back and enjoy the breeze. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in our perfectly appointed beach home. Inside you’ll find a spacious and open living room complete with big screen TV and two new, full-sized couches. The living room is open to the dining room and fully-equipped, completely remodeled kitchen. With new appliances and beautiful new quartz countertops, our kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a quick meal or prepare a gourmet feast for your entire family. Down the hall you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for multiple families. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Slip away to separate downstairs unit where you’ll find a private master suite complete with king bed and full bathroom.
BEACHY KEEN is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the beach, restaurants, bars, night-life entertainment, shopping, fishing, the marina, the ferry landing, and Palmilla Golf Course. Thank you for your interest. We would be honored to host your next beach vacation!

We so enjoyed our stay again returning the fourth time. We like waking to beach as perfect distance.We noted a couple of things that we want to share;- several pots/pans show the Teflon pilling.- when I looked at the return air grill it was extremely dusty. The filter was even worst.We hope to return again next year!

No major issues.. just a little wifi connecting problem fixed in 3 mins.. pool was great. Climate In upstairs was great. Downstairs was ok then noticed they provided fans which helped out a great deal. This weekend was a busy one so kids didn't get to play kick on their bikes due to the traffic other then that the pool made up for it. They really enjoyed swimming. Both Lauren and Rebecca were easy to get ahold of and i loved that. Then you very much .

Excellent family getaway. The littles loved the pool - just right for toddlers. Plenty of room for two families plus kids and grandparents. Only drawback was some traffic noise at night - it’s a busy corner for golf cart traffic.

Girls weekend get away

Great location, spacious rooms, house stocked with all the essentials. Pool is a smidge small but worked for us if not all in at the same time (7 girls). Property manager and owner very communicative, much appreciated. Would stay here again!
