Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding after a beach day, the views and breezy island atmosphere make this the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Located at Beachhead Condominiums, guests can enjoy a community pool, a game room packed with fun, and a playground in the center of the complex for little ones. With a boardwalk leading straight to the beach and plenty of onsite amenities, Casa Sea Esta offers an easy and memorable Port Aransas getaway.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Perfect beach stay for a family!

This location is excellent as it has a boardwalk right to the beach, situated right downtown, really nice interior, and great amenities at your fingertips (pool, game room, and park!!!)

Great location in a great complex

This condo was perfect for a beach get away. It was cozy and clean, plenty of room for 4 people. The walk to the beach was super short and the access to the pool even easier.

Wonderful Stay

It was a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again. Perfect cute little condo with wonderful views. We had a few minor issues upon arrival, but communication was great the whole time and everything was fixed ASAP. My entire family enjoyed it.

One of my favorite spots

The home is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and using the clean, warm pool at the end of the day. We’ve stayed here twice and look forward to coming again!

Last minute family getaway

Overall we’ve had an excellent stay. Lovely unit and great location. Beautifully decorated and every needed thing in the kitchen is supplied. The added bonus of beach chairs and umbrella were an unexpected sweet surprise

Nice place!

Very clean, within walking distance to the beach. Nice outdoor patio with a view. We brought our own toiletries and towels but the place still had some. All appliances worked and were in good condition. Very nice stay. Would stay here again.

Great time!

Quick girls weekend- perfect place for our last minute getaway. We’re already checking calendars to see when we can get back. The view was great, perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Loved being steps from the beach. The pool/ game room area was lots of fun too! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Location

The location for beach access is perfect. Very close to town also. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch. The kitchen supplies need some work: not enough silverware, no cutting board, no dish rack. Good pots and pans, lots of place settings and glassware.

Beautiful property, and close to the beach

I loved this property. Everything was magical except that I ended up losing my car keys so I had to have my other set over nighted. So we weren’t able to experience Port Aransas properly. Otherwise, my nieces LOVED EVERYTHING. The pool was exceptional, and everything was wonderful.

Close to great

We really enjoy the location and site of this stay! Easy access to the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from balcony and pool, and fun game room! However, the unit itself has a few disappointments. There is a strong smell of mold and we believed to see mold inside the trash cupboard. The toilets barely flushed and there aren’t adequate plungers available in the unit. The smart/touch kitchen sink faucet batteries died and we had to disengage the mechanism to get water and we never heard back from property management on getting it fixed. Limited paper goods available for longer than a couple days of a stay.

Great location

Property offers several amenities for families (game room, pool, playground and a safe short walking distance to beach). Lack of household items needs to be more emphasized. Bring your own dish towels, paper towels and extra TP or else you might have buy your own.

The only complaint we had was there was no Elevator and 3 flights of steps was horrendous with all the stuff we had. So first day was exhausting but the pool made it all better Last day we lowered all non breakables off the balcony in trash bags made it so much better. Good stay

Weekend Getaway

The location is clean and well kept. We had a little trouble getting in our condo initially due to not realizing we had to manually turn the deadbolt not the door handle in order to open the door after entering the code. Our call of despair on the matter was answered very quickly. 😅 The AC in this condo worked very well! Our view from the balcony was so nice and The boardwalk to the beach was very convenient.

Gorgeous View!

Nice, quiet family oriented complex. Very nice pool area. Grills were easily available. We were there on July 4th & we were able to see the fireworks from our boardwalk. We had 3 adults & 3 teens. Everyone slept comfortably in the unit. We cooked most of our meals there & had what we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing! You will get your exercise on the stairs, but you really can’t go wrong with this unit or complex.

Great Location

Check in was easy and communication with management was good. The location is fabulous and it’s a three minute walk to the beach. Balcony views were lovely and it was pretty quiet. We stayed during the week so it wasn’t crowded. Coffeepot could be replaced and I didn’t find a dish rack but these are minor issues. I understand the units are older so if you want to be able to run the a/c under 72, you might reconsider. I believe it’s a little overpriced for this unit but might consider staying again. Overall a good experience.

needs updating

This propery is in need of updating. The microwave handle was broken. The air vents had mold. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and had cracks. The mattresses were old and sagged towards the middle. Make sure you take toilet paper, paper towels, and trashbags. They will only leave 1 of each item. The best part of this propery was the location.
