  The condo was as advertised. Good accomodations for 4 adults plus it had an extra bed in the couch. Nice kitchen and well furnished. Rooms and living room were nicely furnished. You didn't have to worry about coming wet from the pool or beach since it had nice ceramic flooring everywhere. I would recommended for families and adults. The only thing I don't like is that you have to walk a lot to the parking. The parking is connected through a bridge so you don't get wet or have to worry about crossing the street. The common swimming pool areas were nice, except that the waterplay area fro small children was not heated so it was really useless at this time of years. Main pools were heated. All in all this particular unit was very affordable, furnished, and comforatable. Would have no problem staying here again. Owner was very easy to deal with.

  Excellent condo, great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Family friendly. the condo had great amenities as well. we enjoyed the heated pools, and fitness center. However the arcade was not a great as promised. most of the machines were broken and out of order, even the bowling, which was disappointing to our children. The planned activities were great! We stuffed our build- a- toy animals and did glitter tattoos. I felt there was good security as well.

  We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We especially liked having the living room and the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Several little things being provided made a different - salt and pepper, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, coffee packets with filter and cream and sugar, laundry detergent, beach chairs. The only thing missing was a skillet. The grandchildren especially like Splash - the heated pool, hot tub, lazy river, and the water slides. This was the second time for us to come to Splash and it certainly will not be the last. We have stayed in at least 8 different places at PCB and Splash is our favorite. We especially like the fact that it is at the far west end of Beach Front Road. Traffic is light and even during Thunder Weekend, it is relatively quiet. But it is still within 10 minutes of Pier Point and numerous restaurants.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Splash. The condo was exactly as pictured on the listing and the location was great. We had 3 toddlers with us on our stay and they had a blast. We spent plenty of time at the pools and also enjoyed the arcade. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We look forward to coming back to splash!

  We almost canceled out vacation due to hurricane Issac, the owners were great to work with, we decided to go ahead and we are so glad we did. The condo was very clean, quiet and we had no problems with the elevator. The kids loved the water park. We will be coming back again.

  Owners were very friendly and willing to work with us with a late booking. Condo was very nice, clean and updated which is very important to me when looking to stay somewhere. We also enjoyed the fact that there were no animals allowed knowing that we have a son with pet allergies. The no-smoking was also nice! I think I enjoyed the balcony view more than anything because it was a great place to eat breakfast! Truly enjoyed our visit and will use this location and owner again!

  We would defintely recommend vacationing at Splash resort and if you're looking for a two bedroom condo, we would highly recommend this one. This was our first trip to Splash and we will stay in this condo when visiting again. It was spacious, well appointed and clean. It was also on the 17th floor which was a plus. Getting elevators was easier for us than those on the lower floors, most of the noise from below was drowned out by the sound of waves and the views were great. Splash Resort is also in a good location if you want to be close to the action but not right in the middle of it.

  Condo was exactly as pictured - very nice. The master bedroom bed slept wonderfully. Owners were vey helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. Very nice in that you get right off the elevator and you are at the front door (bonus - you CANNOT hear any elevator traffic in the condo). Would pick this condo again.

  Just returned from a week long stay at "Sand Castle". This was a beautiful condo, very clean and all the beds were comfortable. The 17th floor provided gorgeous views the ocean. The owners were awesome to work with and answered all my questions. Pools and waterpark were great! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
