  Rented the property for 3 months in 2013 and had a beautiful stay. The property is in a unique location and made a superb quiet environment for my creative line of work. We were lucky enough to be treated by Mehrdad and his spouse with a full on pizza party, home prepared in the special wood oven installed at the house. Looking forward to hopefully return in the future. SONNY

  Our stay at the Villa Shiraz was great! The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. Our stay was very easy and warm as management was kind, accommodating and well-prepared. I'd highly recommend this home for any group's visit to Malibu.

  We rented the villa for our wedding on 10/06/12. The property is simply breathtaking. To this day, the guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the villa was. The owners, Rosie, Mehrdad and their daughter Roya were the most considerate and accomodating hosts. We highly recommend the villa and we can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Rosie, Mehrdad and Roya.

  Villa Shiraz exceeds all expectations . This property is simply breathtaking . This is the second property that i have rented from Mehrdad and his wife , equal if not superior in almost every way to " Villa Calcare " this redefines the concept of luxury . The indoor space is extensive and beautifully appointed . The bathrooms upstairs have jacuzzi tubs and steam showers . The large heated pool is delightful . The " chefs kitchen " super impressive . The children found the 20 seater home theater a perfect retreat . Bedrooms are spacious and well furnished . Clean and presented perfectly this outstanding property really sets the standard for future rentals . The views across the valley are just beautiful . Mehrdad and his wife were wonderfully accommodating and a pleasure to work with , my personal thanks to them both for another memorable stay . Thank you , kindest regards , Julian and Family .

  Villa Shiraz was the best experience ever, the owners Mehrdad and Rosie are awesome. The house is gorgeous beyond wonderful. My friends and guest enjoy the magnificient views, infinity pool, theatre room and everything else this home has to offer. My friends can't stop talking about the great experience they had. Thanks to Mehrdad the owner took time out of his busy schedule to come and make the best pizzas we ever had in their awesome wood burning oven. I would recommend this home to anyone we really enjoyed it, and will be back to rent again in the future. I had the best birthday anyone could imagine possible. I really loved this home and it's a great place to relax or have a get together with friends. This is definitely a 5 star home with all the bells and whistle.

  We had a wonderful family reunion at Villa Shiraz. This is the first time I've used VRBO so I wasn't sure quite what to expect. Dealing with the owner, was a pleasure. Payment was managed easily, straight forward and all questions were answered. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and has Lovely views of the Canyon. Trails, hiking are absolutely majestic! The kitchen has everything we could possibly have needed, and there's top-of-the-line equipment along with a Wood Burning Pizza Oven. Family time was great - the "great rooms/kitchen/dining area and Theater room" suited us to a T. Mehrdad, the owner, was a pleasure to work with being very responsive to emails and phone calls and he will answer any questions that you might have. Outstanding place to stay! Had a wonderful time and would return without hesitation!! Good times and great memories.

  We were lucky enough to be the first renters of this beautiful Villa. There were breathtaking views of the mountains from almost every room. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating and obviously very proud, and rightly so, of the Villa that they built. We rented the Villa for a surprise for my wife's 40th b-day. The owners were even nice enough to bake a decadent chocolate layer cake and gave us a few bottles of wine from their private collection and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for the occasion. I would highly recommend this Villa and look forward to renting it again in the future. Too many amazing features to mention, but here are some of my favorite: Beautiful sunsets, stunning waterfall into the spa & infinity pool that comes right out of the house, HUGE Theater room, Wood Burning Pizza Oven, Multi-Room/Multi-Source sound system, high-end kitchen appliances, great steam shower with multiple jets in the master bath and one of the guest rooms.
