Beachfront Apt - Exclusive Malibu Rd.

Lovely garden apartment on exclusive Malibu Road beach. There is a short stairway to the beach from the door of your apartment. At high tide, the waves lap right under your balcony. At low tide, the beach stretches for miles. There are 3 sea kayaks and multiple boogey boards stored underneath the bldg and two bicycles. Cycle the 2 miles down tranquil Malibu Road to trendy shops, restaurants, art classes, yoga classes, and Starbucks in the center of Malibu. Take surfing lessons at Surfrider Beach, hike the trails in the adjacent Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and body surf at Zuma Beach. Enjoy the long walks at sunset on the beach and enjoy the ocean views from your private deck.
King-size bed in bedroom, additional queen-size bed in ocean alcove. Living area has TV, DVD, high speed internet and decorative fireplace. Garage accommodates one car inside and one out. Full bath, kitchen and beach shower. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. Limited to four persons.

My husband & I stayed at Liza’s wonderful beach apartment for 4 nights. We loved staying at her beautiful place. It was so comfortable; Liza has it so well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck or in the window alcove. We saw dolphins, seals, sea gulls, cormorants, pelicans, & many other shore birds. We walked for miles on the beach. We will definitely be back. I see why she has so many people who come to her place again & again. The fresh flowers in every room were so lovely! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your welcoming beach apartment, Liza!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We live in the mountains… so it was a real treat to fall sleep to the waves and have the beach at our doorstep. Phone reception for t-mobile users can be spotty on the property… but we were there to disconnect anyway! Can’t wait to come back.

Another lovely stay. This place is consistently good. Fresh flowers greet you as soon as you open the door. A well stocked kitchen with a toaster and coffee maker. Books, games and beach stuff. The PCH is open and Malibu is ready for summer.
