  We really loved our stay here and the location couldn't be beat. It was nice to be able to walk back and forth to the park for our kids' afternoon naps. We hope that it will be available for our next trip!

  We stayed 5 nights with a family of 5 (children 9, 13 and 15). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped - washer and drier particularly valuable for a family on the road. The key attraction is obviously the proximity to Disneyland. It's an easy walk and quite managable even after a full-on day around the parks. We also used this as a base for Universal Studios, Legoland and Sea World. There is good access to restaurants, supermarkets etc a couple of blocks away. The owners were very helpful and happily accommodated an awkward departure time. I'd happily recommend this apartment to others with simiar needs.

  Great location, you can easily walk to downtown Disney where you can catch Tram to Disneyland. Townhouse was very clean and spacious. Parking options were good. Communication with owners was very easy. You can easily see (and feel) the fireworks show every night! :)

  This was the perfect spot to use as a home base for our southern California vacation. We brought our two daughters and their friends and it was perfect size. Walking to downtown disney was close and a shrter walk to the tram from the parking garage across the street to the tram that takes you right to the park entrance!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Hello! We stayed at the Tikitownhouse a couple weeks ago and had a great time! The owners were so good to respond to all our questions and emails very quickly. We had a question when we first got to the townhouse and they called me back in about 5 minutes! It is so helpful getting that kind of quick response with something like this. The townhouse itself was great. Looks just like the pictures. Very clean and rooms worked out great for our family group. We had young kids so it was so nice to use the strollers they had there instead of trying to find the room to bring our own. And theirs was nicer anyway :) The thing that we were most impressed with was just how close we were to the parks! It was great to be able to walk to the front gate in less that 10 minutes. We have always had to drive to the parks in the past and dealing with the traffic and parking fees was such a pain so we loved that walking wasn't just doable but we were so close that driving would have probably taken longer considering traffic! Overall we loved our stay and would recommend staying here to anyone!! The only thing I would suggest is getting a cookie sheet or roasting pan of some sort. The kitchen seemed fully stocked with everything else but we couldn't find anything to cook some bread sticks on. We ended up doing something else for dinner so no worries but just for future guests it might be nice.

  The Tiki Townhouse was a pleasure to stay at! So close to Disneyland tram! Nicely decorated and a beautiful pool/hot tub for relaxing and playing! Accommodated all 5 in our party very nicely. Love the convenience of the washer and dryer. Thank you for a great week!

  We had a wonderful stay in this townhouse. Excellent location-- just have to cross the street to get to the Disneyland tram station! Found the townhouse very well kept, well equipped and clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are great to communicate with online, and very accommodating. Had a great time!

  Facilities were as described, clean and adequate, except for Air Conditioning. Upstairs Bedrooms were to hot to sleep in until after outside temperatures cooled down to be able to open windows. Owner did bring fans which helped. An unexpected special touch was owner supplied coffee. Information from Owner was excellent for the most part. It would have been helpful to give the visitor instructions on using the tram.

  Owner response: Thank you so much for your comments. We have had some unrelenting heat this summer that has caused the air conditioning unit to struggle to keep up. Fortunately the weather is cooling off and we are happy to say we will be replacing the air conditioning unit in the townhouse after the first of the year which will make your next visit with us very comfortable!

  My family of 4 and a friends family of 4 stayed in the Tiki Town House for our Disneyland Vacation. Location cannot be beat! This unit is closest to the townhouse complex entrance and the street you will have to cross and closer than any other hotels (besides the resorts hotels in the parks).5 minute walk to the tram. Tram is less than 5 minute ride to Disneyland. Nice stocked Kitchen. We used it everyday for 5 days for Breakfast and Dinners.We also used the Grill outside. NICE upgraded sheets and bathroom Towels.Comfortable bed in Master and Queen room. We traveled with an infant and used their new high chair, pack n play and stroller (like a sit n stand but Graco). I appreciate them providing clorox wipes to sanitize the items for the baby. Stroller was new & amazing to use for the 3 days in Disney for my 5 yr old and 10 month old. It held both kids,1 large diaper bag,1 backpack AND a lunch size cooler for water all at the same time. Furnishings are nice. Flat screen tv's were nice and had Dish Network. The ac unit is great downstairs But the air flow is weak upstairs. During the day it is pretty warm upstairs. We went to bed with windows open and at night when it was cool outside it cooled the upstairs rooms(end of sept it cooled off around 11ish/midnight..which was when we went to bed). Didn't bother us to much because we were out of the house by 10am and back by 9:30pm. They do provide 2 fans. One bathroom with 2 showers1 tub in it. 1/2 bath downstairs.With our 2 diff families staying here 1 family took over the bathroom at night and the other family got mornings. It was nice to do a load of Laundry when needed. Using the dishwasher- rinse food off good before stacking the dishwasher and running a load. We had a small problem with the children's bedding when we first arrived but mommy took care of it, and problem solved. Owners also worked well with us on our problem and it was solved. Shopping very close by for groceries and or clothes and fast food! It was nice to come home to this townhouse every night after an exhausting day at Disney instead of a hotel with no kitchen or laundry. We enjoyed our 5 day stay here and if up-kept a yr or 2 from now the way it is now we will return. Sidenote for those using strollers- When you get to the tram if your in the front or last tram cart you do NOT have to unload your stroller with all the belongings to fold it! It will fit without folding :) Thank you for opening your home to us. Nevada family

  Our family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children, thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights in the "Tiki Townhouse". The location is absolutely perfect for a Disneyland Adventure. We were literally across the street from the entrance to the Magic Way and it was a short 2 blocks to the tram. The best part about that was that we could come home for an afternoon break and return easily. It was extremely hot outside during our stay and the pool and A/C were a welcome relief. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen, baths, laundry facilities, etc. were well furnished. The wifi functioned very well and we all enjoyed the flat screen tv's in every room. The kids loved their bedroom! Because it was so hot, the Master bedroom A/C had difficulty keeping up, but at night the air cooled outside and the extra fans in that room made it very comfortable to sleep. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay a very pleasant experience. We loved having the kitchen available so that we didn't have to eat out every night. Besides going to Disneyland, we also spent a day at Laguna and took a fabulous trip to Catalina Island for a day. The location made those trips very easy to do. Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back with the rest of the Grandchildren!
