  This condo is better than the pictures. I was there visiting family and didn't want to leave the condo!!! I grew-up on Lake Erie, in Ashtabula, but saw it in a whole new light from Chris's condo. For the first time, I can't wait to go back to OH. My husband and I have stayed in the Lodge at the other end of the strip and THOUGHT we had finally found a decent place to stay in OH, but Chris's place blew that away. Chris was awesome to work with; sorry we didn't get a chance to meet in person. He was always prompt with communication and any requests / questions. When we return, we will definitely choose Chris's condo if it's available!

  Wow, what a great property! The condo, entire building, beach, pool, etc. where so clean and pleasant. The condo has large nicely furnished rooms (everything looks new), bed comfy, & kitchen is fully equipped. The large covered balcony has 4-5 chairs and is right on the lake. What a VIEW! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset both nights of our stay. Chris, the owner, is professional, prompt and provides you with information about the area. Very pleasant & easy to deal with. Lots of loungers & chairs down on the beach. Pool looked great although we didn't use it. We enjoyed dinner at Crosswinds Grille (part of Lakehouse complex) and visited some wineries close by the condo. We would certainly stay here again & hope to do so some day!

  What a find! This was an awesome place to stay in an equally awesome part of the Buckeye State. We enjoyed a very relaxing and romantic getaway here. It was great to have such a lovely and well appointed condo as home base while we enjoyed beach glass hunting in the area, great food, wineries and sightseeing. We took advantage of the fact that the condo was equipped with everything we needed---from the blender for our morning protein shakes to the jetted tub to the washer & dryer to the heated indoor pool. We almost got to see the Northern Lights from the balcony overlooking the lake, too. Plus, the owners are thoughtful, accommodating and prompt with correspondence. It was such a great fit for our needs that we're planning a return to this beautiful home during the regular season. Thanks for helping us feel like welcomed guests!

  My husband and I were looking for a quiet place in wine country to spend a night and found this fantastic condo! The view from the living room windows is stunning, it reminded us of the ocean without the salty air. The kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our own food and enjoy the lake vista. The sun set and rise can be seen from this place and they are gorgeous! Even thought Geneva-on-the-Lake is a summer town this condo is a great place to get away from it all any time of the year. Also- the pool was much larger than the average hotel pool and since it was the off-season when we came we had the whole pool to ourselves. And in the warmer times you can walk right out of the pool door onto the sand beach- this is a great find at a great rate!

  This is such a gem! I'm so glad to have found this place right on the water for our family to spend the weekend. The view was spectacular! The space was very open and clean and the beds were comfy(there was even a playpen for our little one already provided). We made use of the pool quite a few times with the kiddos and it was very refreshing. We weren't able to enjoy much outside since it was rather cold but we still braved the elements to view the Lake. Will definitely come back during the peak season to take part in the hustle and bustle on the strip.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you so much for everything you did. The owners worked with us from the time of booking, when we got lost (for some reason I thought the condo’s were at the beginning of the strip as you head in to Geneva and they are on the other end). When we arrived you could eat off the floor! The smoke detector battery was low and was causing the alarm to chirp every 60 seconds. One phone call and three minutes later maintenance was knocking on our door. Everything was up to date! Love the furniture! We will for sure be back next year!!! Love our wine country. Always something new going on in the area. We felt like VIP the new distillery next to South River Winery and dinner overlooking the lake at the Lake House Inn was amazing!!!! Best Anniversary Weekend EVER!!!! Took many pics of the condo and posted them on my facebook....we will be coming back as a small group for future trips...just hope word doesn't get out too much and we can still get our dates!lol Best of luck to the owners!!!!!!!! Again...Amazing job with everything from start to finish!

  We had such an amazing weekend! The owner was prompt and delightfully friendly with all the arrangements.He was geniuinely concerned with our level of comfort from the time we arrived, to the time we left. We can't wait to go again!!! The condo was meticulously clean!! Shopping and food were easily accessible. I highly recommend the Mexican restaurant in town. It was the best I've ever had! In all honesty, it was the best experience I've ever had in regard to customer satisfaction. I suggest this property to all my friends and family in need of some R&R. Thank you so much for your consideration and professionalism!! We'll see you soon!!

  Spent 2 days at this condo and was extremely pleased. The unit was every bit as nice as the pictures, it was very clean and had all the amenities that you would hope for. The kitchen was extremely well equipped including a blender. Visiting in February gave a unique view of the lake from the living room and the fireplace made the room very inviting. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit Geneva on the Lake. Chris was great to work with on pulling this all together.

  We decided to surprise the Guys with a getaway weekend of visiting the Wineries in this area. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The 2 bedroom condo was even nicer than the pictures. It was very cozy and inviting. Loved the Kitchen (so much that I actually wanted to cook a nice meal...while on vacation!.) .. also loved the view. Although the weather was very chilly and we did not get to sit out on the beach or balcony and enjoy it, it was so nice having the view out of the front room right out onto the lake. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having the fireplace in the living room to relax by. There were 20 + wineries in the area that we enjoyed and we ate at a couple of the restaurants the owner recommended and we were not dissapointed. The whole weekend was perfect! Thanks again Chris. We will be back :) and the guys were surprised and said we could not have picked a better place for the weekend!

  I have been wanting to explore and photograph the Covered Bridges in Ashtabula County for quite some time. My husband and I have been empty nesters for a while and enjoy vacationing in the off-season. I have enjoyed visits to many of the local wineries near Geneva in the past, which made the condo location ideal! The condo was just as described and pictured, if not better! The condo was clean and the accomodations were much more than was necessary to make our visit very pleasurable. I enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and seeing and listening to the water break on the shore. Very relaxing and serene. While there we had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the condo owner and his family. They are delightful and were full of information about the area and wanted to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit this area. During the summer, the little town of Geneva On The Lake is busier and has plenty for all ages to do. As an adult the wineries are plentiful and have something to offer to everyone's tastes. My personal favorite for food and entertainment is Ferrante's, located just about 10 miles from the condo. My favorite wine was the Chardonay (Senza la Quercia, Grand River Valley) from The Lake House Inn Winery right on the strip which was fermented in stainless steel. Would definitely return.
