  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, just the right number of rooms. Only one problem no cell phone service while inside the house, but that made it a real vacation for everyone. We have rented houses on the east coast and west coast and everyone said that this was the best by far. The location was perfect its about 1/2 hr from San Diego airport and close to the sites.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, Well Equipped Property, but on warm days... The only issue with the property is that the glass view windows, while lovely, definitely heat up the unit while at the same time restricting air flow. Guests should be aware that the comfort level during hot afternoons (such as what we had during our stay) can be an issue. If the weather forecast calls for 80 degrees plus, I would advise bringing along a large capacity fan or two to supplement the fans supplied in the unit. Given the temps we had were well above normal for this area, it should not normally be a problem. Manager responded on 10/5/2012: Hi John: thank you for the feedback and glad to have you with us!   Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall 813 Pacific was outstanding. There were about 3 windows that did not function and need fixing. Also, because we had a bunch of little kids, we were locked out or a couple of bedrooms and had to climb in a window to open the door. A spare key somewhere would be nice. Also, beach access was not great from this property. In order not to be washed away by the surf at high tide, we had to walk down the road about 400 yards. Thank you Manager responded on 10/5/2012: Hi Ronald: we are glad you enjoyed the property and sorry that the time of year you came, the beach was not as wide on the 800 block. The Coastal Commission of San Diego is planning a massive sand replenishment project this Fall 2012 to restore the width of the beach, even during high tide. Also, please know for your next visit that we do keep a spare bedroom key in the rental---please call us during your stay if there is anything you need assistance with.
