Welcome to "Sea Song." Private, peaceful, quiet and directly on the beach! It's all here at Sea Song, a beautifully decorated, nicely appointed, well maintained cottage by the sea, in a quaint 5 unit condo complex (Saltaire).
Sea Song is all about convenience. Private parking, private screened lanai/patio, spiral stairs to pool and beach below: All your beach needs are provided in the patio - toys, chairs, even a cooler. Makes for a very easy "day at the beach". Also in the lanai - dining furniture and adirondack chairs for relaxing. The lanai is next to the pool and only 20 steps to the Gulf's edge!
Sea Song also has unique spiral stairs that lead from the pool right up to the second floor balcony. No elevators to deal with. The balcony offers glorious views and wonderful sounds of the Gulf just beyond. Watch the kids play in the pool or on the beach from the private balcony. Ideal for families!
Sea Song offers all the comforts of home and more with a king bed in the master suite and a very comfortable queen sleeper in the family room and two full baths! The newly remodeled kitchen overlooks the breakfast bar and the family room, all offering great views and sounds of the Gulf. Open the sliding glass door and let the Gulf winds blow in! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation or monthly stay... it's all here including a private washer and dryer. Even a wood burning fireplace for a very special Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration at the beach. It doesn't get any better!
Sea Song is conveniently located close to all Tampa has to offer yet far enough away to enjoy the small town atmosphere of Indian Shores, home to one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. Indian Shores is a quaint, little beach town with wonderful restaurants, very friendly locals, a mix of cute cottages and multi million dollar Condos tucked in the middle of it all. No big high rises here! Just north is Clearwater Beach and just to the south is St. Pete Beach, both accessible using the Beach Trolly. Sea Song is only 30 minutes to the Tampa airport, 40 minutes to Busch Gardens, and only two miles to the town of Seminole which has everything - Publix, Home Depot, movies, a mall, medical facilities, everything!
Sea Song is the perfect retreat for families, "girl trips", as well as couples. Because I am an artist/decorator, Sea Song is comfortably decorated and ready for your "perfect vacation." I have even left a few art supplies there...give it a try. The view is incredibly inspiring!

Five units wood building, minimal sound can be hear through the entire structure and will bother some of the owners who actually live there , and who will go the extra mile (see picture) to make your vacations miserable unless you comply with ZERO SOUND policy. This is not mentioned on description or contract! Owner failed to refund our deposit, her allegation : apartment was in disarrangement, and not clean enough after we left. Note: We paid the cleaning fee and had to wait 2 hours after check in time to have the apartment clean. Will not recommend!
Owner response:Our condo is a very nice, quiet and very clean vacation destination and that is what we love about it. This renter had a loud giant party of at least 25 people, which is not allowed per signed contract. Condo rules only allow 5 guest/s unit. Neighbors called me because of the loud noise and way too many people. Renter left a huge "party" mess: balloons, streamers, cups, spills, and smeared food on the walls which is also against rules stated in signed contract. The bedroom furniture was moved to the family room so had to be moved back. My maid charged me extra to get my beautiful, clean condo back to renting condition for the next guests. I feel it fair to pass this charge back to the renter. We have rented to many, many happy return families for six years with zero complaints. Our home by the sea is a nice, quiet and very clean vacation destinationl....not a loud party place.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Sea Song. The condo is clean and well cared for. The beach is just steps away. The condo complex is very quiet; we actually had the pool to ourselves all week! We enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony, watching dolphins swim by, seeing the beautiful sunsets. We will recommend this property to our friends and vacation here again!

We were at SeaSong the last week of Oct. 2010. The condo was clean and looked exactly like pictures. The area has nice restaurants. The beach which is just a few steps away is beautiful. We had a quiet and relaxing vacation. I highly suggest that you give this one a try. You will be glad you did.
