  My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this condo during the Ice Festival. Communication was easy, fast, and directions were spot on. The condo is very clean and a lot larger that I had expected. There was plenty of space for everyone and it felt just like home! It was very nice having two bathrooms and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus after a long day snowboarding at Stevens Pass. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night. Walking into town was not a problem at all, probably about a ten minute walk - 15 minutes with the ice! Overall we had a great time and I would definitely recommend the Alpen Haven condo to anyone looking for accommodations in Leavenworth!

  We stayed in the condo while in town for the marathon and Octoberfest. The condo was just wonderful. Very clean and cheerful. We walked everywhere since it was only less than a mile to the center of town. I would recommend this condo very highly.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  Although we have stayed here many times we have as yet to let others know how we feel about this getaway. (Maybe it is because if we do we may not be able to stay as often as we would like) Lori & I really love this getaway; it is always clean, and set up to make you feel right at home. We love to walk to the center of town, spend the day exploring and shopping, oh and eating. It is so nice to know after a long day out, it is just a short walk back home. There is a washer and dryer for the longer stay or a bad spill on your favorite garment. I would like to mention how nice the sleeping accommodations are. You will get the rest you need, that is if you make it from the couch which is near the fire place to the bed. We always do a little shopping for that occasional meal at the condo. You have everything you need to cook a great meal, or barbeque a great steak. This year we decided to spend Christmas here. To our surprise when we entered, it is decorated for the holiday; we feel our getaway is as festive as the town at this time of year. I would like to share with you some of our outings. If you are thinking, what is there to do in Leavenworth let me share with you some of our outings. We have gone wine tasting, some of the best up and coming vineyards are being cultivated here. We have been river rafting, gone to live plays, and rented a limousine, hiking and sleigh riding. There is so much to do here, the more you come the more you find what Leavenworth is. Not to mention how unique the town is. Bill & Cathy are very warm and easy to communicate with. One stay and you will be back. Tim & Lori

  This is a wonderful, cozy condo that is immaculately clean. We were surprised to find it decorated for Christmas which made it even better! All the beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Just a nice walk into the main part of town and all the festival happenings. Can't say enough about the beauty of Leavenworth and the friendliness of the people in the town. This was a girl's trip, but I will definitely bring my husband back. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
