I found this fabulous N. Shore Drive property with great views and a park across the street to walk across the grass to the beach with no steps and have given it a new life with remodeling and addition of pool, patios, fire pit area and the custom pool house with rooftop deck. We added the 6th bedroom in 2021(Twin with full bath) which was remodeled again in Jan 2023. The house has 4 King beds, 2 low profile bunk beds and 2 twin beds. Enjoy all nice linens(not the rental agency type), towels, dishes, glassware, flatware, added amazing decks and grill everything so a family can just come and have fun.
