Fantastic for Zilker Park Events

Had a great time staying at Eric's place over ACL Weekend Two. Walking distance to the park, full kitchen, incredible back porch, and plenty of space for the two couples that we had there. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors are very nice. I would have no hesitation staying at Hills Haven again.

Great Location for ACL Festival

This place was a nice and quiet place to rest, while taking a break from the ACL Festival. If you like to walk, we were roughly 30 minutes to the festival, as well as 30 minutes to some great restaurants. Eric was super easy to work with and ensured we had everything we needed. Thanks.
