Non-Smoking, large one bedroom, two bath condominium with spacious loft is situated on ski run. Ski to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 150 steps to the Snowflake Lift.
Large windows with southeast view. Watch the sun come up over Mount Baldy from the kitchen table. Fantastic views of Ski runs and Mount Baldy from the large deck. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. Large dining table, easily seats eight, newer cabinets, ceramic floor and counters.
Master bedroom with queen bed. Fireplace and full bathroom on main level. Spacious loft has a queen-size futon, two full-size beds, and a twin bed. Second bathroom with shower in loft. Loft also has its own TV and DVD player.
Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge. It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside!

Fantastic location makes this place the ideal Breck lodging. A quick walk to downtown, bus stop almost out your door (free bus rides!), only a half block up the street to the chairlift, and you can literally ski right back to the condo. Parking available right in front too. We stayed in the summer and enjoyed the perfect weather -- cool nights in the 50s, warm afternoons in the upper 70s -- and bright sunshine every day. Great biking and hiking routes right out the door. At night, fall asleep listening to the stream that runs through the backyard. The condo has its own wireless internet, a couple of TVs (one for the kids!), and separate bathrooms. Great setup for a family. The kids loved having their own area up in the loft. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. Great communications with the owners, as well.

Place as described, sleeps a lot! Very cozy and clean. Close to the lifts and other amenities. Owner extremely responsive to questions and requests. Would recommend to others and stay again!

This is a very nice place to stay. The owner (Jim Smith) hides nothing in his description of this condo, so you can book this worry free. As nice of a place as this was to stay in I would like to highlight how my satisfaction with this vacation was truly amplified by Jim's great communication quality, his kindness, and his honesty. Nice condo, exactly as described. GREAT location...basically ski-in/ski-out (to ski out one needs to walk just half a block to the Snowflake lift).
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Had a great 8 days in this unit, a perfect location and well stocked with crockery, cutlery, linen etc. Would thoroughly recommend to a family with teenagers over a family with small children, only because of steep stairs to upstairs bedroom. We would certainly return and also recommend to our friends.
