No stairs! The single floor plan has all three bedrooms opening up into main living area. The master bedroom has a new king-size pillow top bed private full bath and patio. The second bedroom has a new queen-size pillow top bed and the third other room has day bed with trundle.

The living room overlooks the pool with a large sectional sofa, stereo, TV and DVD player. The open fully equipped kitchen with new appliances opens into the living room

The backyard is beautiful desert oasis center around the pool with Child safety fence. The sun trenched south facing yard is ideal for playing volleyball in the pool or simply lounging in the sun. Enjoy evening meals under the stars cooked on the built on gas BBQ. Desert nights can be cool so be sure to warm yourself beside the fire pit.

There are tennis courts, basketball court and playground for Willis Ranch community use.
