This stunning beachfront condo will take your breath away. Sit on your patio and look out at your private secluded beach. While sipping your morning coffee you will see an amazing array of birds including flocks of parrots and bright busy hummingbirds. The iguanas are very tame and will eat papaya from your hand. You will not see crowded beaches, and the only noise you will hear is the calm rhythmic surf as you drift off to sleep.
After a wonderful day of rest you will be ready to see the night life and it is only steps away. There are two casinos within an easy walk and several places for dinner and dancing .Our condo is located in the famous Flamingo Marina Hotel and affords you all the amenities at no additional charge. Chose among 5 beautifully landscaped pools with waterfalls and swim up bars. The Monkey Bar is a famous local bar that overlooks the fabulous Flamingo Marina.
Sit and sip those wonderful margaritas while watching the boats and sailboats come to harbor. Dinner is available and wonderful The Flamingo Marina Hotel is famous for their chef and the fish is always fresh! Maybe after dinner in the cool of the evening catch a game of tennis on the lighted courts or take a quick plunge in the hot tub.
Local sightseeing is a must and you will have a difficult time chosing between all that Costa Rica has to offer. The leatherneck turtles come ashore to lay their egs and regulated tours are available to see this amazing sight which can only be witnessed a few places in the world. If you are more athletic the Canopy Tours will be your choice as you zip line thru the very tops of ancient trees and see the wonderful families of Howler Monkeys. Prehaps you will see Arenal Volcano erupt, as we did, while sitting at the base of the volcano having dinner.
This is a sight to behold. Maybe you are a fisherman? I have stood in schools of fish so deep that I couldn’t see the clear ocean floor, and pulled in snapper as fast as I could put in a line. Costa Rica boast to have some of the best fishing in the world and boats are easily available at the marina situated out the condo front door. So much diversity exist in Costa Rica that it becomes magical to all who visit.
Your condo has two unbelievable views. The front stand s at the edge of Flamingo Marina which will be upgraded to world class in a couple of years. The back view is your own secluded private beach and nothing stands between you and the sandy beach except the park like landscaped grounds. Sit in your lounge chair and watch the sailboats come into the marina,or see the dive boats pick up divers and fishermen on your beach.
The master suite has a big new king size bed and luxurious custom furniture and your own entrance that opens to the patio and beach. Private bath of course. The 2nd bedroom is accommodating for children or couples as the twin beds can pull apart for children, yet can easily be pushed together for a couple .Large second bath is fully equipped.
The condo is completely updated and has cable TV,DVD, and CD player. Internet is provided. An unusual feature of this condo is you can drive to the condo front door and have no steps to deal with. Easy to unpack and park right in front. Parking and security provided at no charge. Maid service is available. Kitchen is fully equipped and washer and dryer are provided in the condo.
Simply stated this is paradise and life gets no better than this!!

We welcome you to our lovely home in Flamingo Costa Rica! We are hard working Texans that love our small ranch in Texas where we raise Arabian horses and rare white labrador retrievers!Russ is a CPA in Dallas and Kathie has a jewelry showroom in Dallas.We fell in love with Costa Rica, partcularly the Flamingo area as it is safe and surrounded by beaches in every direction. The town of Flamingo is literially on a peninsula,surrounded by water.WE continually see whales, turtles mating-nature that just astounds us.We treasure our adventures in Costa Rica,and we are certain the magic of Costa Rica will bring you back for may years to come.Pura Vida!(To The GOOD LIFE!)

You cannot imagine sunset on our Terrace! The sun sinks slowly behind the few clouds.The must be put there just for our pleasure.They turn colors that will take your breath away. As we sit ,and finish the day with a glass of wine,we know that we have a place in the world that is unique and peaceful.The folks we have meet are some of the kindest, friendliest people.It becomes normal to ask a stranger, what brought you here? We all want to know each others unusual story.How did you find this place? Its a place, where I have witnessed people buy property on their first visit, pack up from the US and never look back.Its that kind of place.We are fairly cautious folks, so it took as a while to actually select a home here. We traveled and searched for quite a while. Russ and I are picky! I believe what finally convinced us, besides the obvious ...whales..the fishing..THE MONKEYS in our back yard..the list goes on for ever..but the final thing that drew us in,simply the kindness of the people and the overwhelming beauty of nature.Be at peace when you come to our home.You have truly arrived in natures paradise!
