This is the most insanely beautiful property we have had the pleasure of staying at. The house is a literal Barbie dream beach house. Every detail was wonderful and the sunsets from the cliff pool and top deck were the best we’ve seen. The staff were all phenomenal. If you’re going anywhere near Flamingo beach, this is the one! We can’t wait to plan another trip to come back!

Beautiful and well appointed property - the views are spectacular and the kitchen has everything you could want. Great location as well, close to multiple beaches and many good restaurants. The staff takes care of the patio, pool and rooms daily and does a great job. The only minor downsides are some nearby dogs barking at night occasionally and some wear showing in places, like the master bathroom.

We had an amazing time at the Flamingo house! It is set up beautifully and our family had a great few days in Tamarindo. The cleaners and pool technician were helpful as well. We would love to visit again! Thank you Bilitis!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as pictured in the photos but actually bigger than expected once inside. As you can see, it is at the top of the cliff (views are amazing!) so its uphill to get to it and a bit of a walk to the restaurants nearby. The owner arranged for a golf cart to be there when we arrived and it worked out perfectly for beach trips, dining, etc and I was glad that she recommended it. There is someone to maintain the pool area and clean the house daily as well (including laundry!) The area is quiet and we all felt very safe here. We have no complaints whatsoever and would love to return one day!

The views were amazing, perfect sunset spot!! The bedroom deck was lovely to sit in the morning drinking coffee! The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was awesome!

We love the location of this property. Very good communication and so helpful to make sure you have the best stay. We enjoyed the massages that were arranged for us and the staff that cleans the pool and pool deck each day are so hardworking. This was our second trip and hopefully we will return again someday.

Villa Fugata was an amazing house on top of a hill. It was hard leaving the house as the infinity pool with the ocean views was a beautiful, once in a lifetime view. On top on that, Bilitis, our host was very prompt and professional to whatever issues we had. She also help planned our trip and was very detailed, organized and knowledgeable. Costa Rica is a lush, beautiful, natural place so don’t be alarmed with any critters or animals you may encounter. Pura Vida!

The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. The grounds crew cleans the outside ant the pool each day. We absolutely loved this trip! Totally fantastic all the way around.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING. The host is incredible. She proactively reached out and offered us many recommendations on things to do. She arranged for a private boat and an in house chef. Her property is nothing short of spectacular and her team was also welcoming and fantastic. We would stay here every time we visit. The views will take your breath away!!!

We had an incredible time staying here. Very close to everything you might want to do in Playa Flamingo but still tucked away in a very quiet location. It is at the top of the hill and the view is even more spectacular in person! The house is a stunning design and well stocked. We were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, I cannot say enough how amazing the property owners are. Bilitis patiently answered all my questions throughout the months leading up to our trip and arranged all of our excursions and transfers, which we were not expecting but greatly appreciated. She never steered us wrong! She, and Benjamin, the caretaker, promptly helped us several times throughout our stay (when we ran out of coffee filters, they were at the door in 10 minutes with more!). We had an amazing time because of their efforts. We will definitely be back.
