PebbleCreek is a gated golf course community. Home of two championship golf courses, Eagles Nest and Tuscany Falls. Our fully furnished home has two master bedrooms complete with TV and DVD in each bedroom plus a large TV in the living room. A Jacuzzi tub and twin sinks, oversized shower in one of bath rooms. Large walk in closet. Living room has cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows and a slider to the patio. Fully furnished kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and lots of cabinet space. Washer and dryer in the pantry and a two car garage. Patio includes furniture, seating for 6, large gas BBQ.
All utilities included except for long distance phone service. June - September electric premium on air conditioning.
