CASA COCO has everything vacationers are looking for such as a wonderful beach just steps away from the beach-side swimming pool, ideal location, just ten minutes away from the airport and ten minutes to downtown. This beautiful, air conditioned, 730 sq ft privately owned condo is located in the Holiday Inn Complex on the 12th floor. After a full day of activities or just taking in the sun, getting a good night sleep is very important so we have added two brand new pillow-top Queen size beds in each of the bedrooms. For Sports fans, there is a 32"LCD TV. And renting this condo will not put a big dent in your wallet. Check out our rates.
From the private balcony, you get to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Banderas Bay, beaches, downtown, and surrounding mountains.Also the new 8Ft Balcony door completely opens to blend the living room and Balcony together, giving you the open feeling. The nightly sunsets from the private balcony will be etched in your memory forever. From the wide windows in the master bedroom, you can watch the ocean waves while reading your favorite book. When you rent this condominium, you get to use all the facilities of the Holiday Inn, such as the large beach-side swimming pool, hot tubs, gym, steam room, three restaurants, tennis courts, private sun-tanning area, palapas, all for your enjoyment. Beach towels are supplied free daily for your use.

BATHROOM: The bathroom area has also been completely remodelled. Now four people can use the bathroom area at the same time. We have a separate Shower, a separate toilet and a separate powder room with 2 vanities.

OTHER AMENITIES: includes doctor on site 24/7, concierge service, bellboys, hair saloon, day spa, beach message, internet service, shops, tour guides. If you wish, all inclusive can be arranged at reception for as many days as you prefer.

Puerto Vallarta is considered one of the best places to go in the World. People are wonderful, beaches are great, lots of sun, cost of living is faily inexpensive compared to other places. Puerto Vallarta still has that small city feeling.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Our condo has everything. First of all,it is oceanfront. The view from our 12th condo is spectacular. We have a large beach side swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, Steam room, 3 Restaurants, Reception, Bell boys, money exchange, car rental and shopping are all on site. Our condo is located Holiday Inn comples, in the larger tower, facing the ocean. Its an easy 10 bus ride to the centre and 10 ride to the airport.

    • Just had a minute to send you a quick note regarding our stay at the condo. In a word, it was fabulous! The amenities were excellent and our stay could not have been better. We are looking forward to renting more in the future, and as I said before we are interested in Costa Rica. As you know Melodee and David are there in P.V. now, our trip overlapped with theirs and we all had a great time together.     • FABULOUS condo! The view is to die for! The pictures just don't do it justice - it is really nice. The bed is great (not like what we've usually stayed in). We were there for 2 weeks and spent most mornings & sunsets on the balcony. The whale watching is better then any tour could ever do! We hope to be able to rent it again in the future. Thank you for offering such wonderful accomodations!!!
