This two bedroom deluxe, ocean front unit in Lauloa Resort has views across the bay to Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Molokini and Haleakala. This ground floor, poolside unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioner, and a double lanai with access from both the master bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom and bathroom have been renovated and Wi-Fi capability has been added during the summer of 2006.
Affordable and conveniently located at the waters edge Lauloa offers lovely grounds, a gas barbecue, and fenced pool. The sounds of the surf will lull you to restful sleep. A natural reef adds to the serenity and a short walk brings you to Sugar Beach, a spectacular seven mile stretch of white sandy beach.
You'll have an unobstructed, panaromic view of the ocean as you barbeque your favorite food, swim in the pool, or watch for whales and turtles just a few feet away from the water's edge. The famous "freight train" wave, which attracts world class surfers is right outside the condo door.

A great place to book snorkeling, whale watching, sailing or dinner cruises.

Aloha from Calgary, Alberta & Yorkton, Saskatchwan. Thank-you for the wonderful, comfortable stay. We all enjoyed the view right outside our door. Many drinks and cards played late into the night. We had many visits with the local cat who loved to hang with us at the poolside. The memories from Maui will be unforgetable, everthing from the whales, snorkeling with the turtles and dining at Mama's Fish House....not to mention the scenic drive to Hana we survived! Many, many thanks for sharing your island retreat with us. We covered a lot of ground (and some water) while we were on Maui but maybe the best part of our week were quiet, lazy mornings looking out to sea, hearing the surf, chatter of birds and clatter of palm fronds. A couple of little birds really entertained when they found a drippy outdoor shower head and used it as a water feeder! P.S. Loved how well-stocked your kitchen is!
