  For a holiday vacation Andrew's apt South of the Liffey was absolutely perfect. 1 Block away from the National Concert Hall, within 10-15 minutes walking distance from Grafton Street and all the best restaurants and theatres in Dublin it was perfect. The apt is spacious and very clean and has all the amenties for a very smooth and relaxing stay. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with coffee shops and markets a block or two away, yet close enough to all the entertainment that a car or even a taxi was ever needed. There were a few small issues that Andrew took care of immediately. He was very responsive to our needs and a wonderful host. We've already recommended his flat to friends.

  Andrew was so accommodating! I was very thankful for all the ways he assisted me. I had a very complicated trip to Ireland, and he worked with all of my various needs. The flat is in a lovely neighborhood, and off the tourist route, so nice and quiet after a day (and night) full of activity! I was glad for my choice and would certainly stay again the next time I'm in Dublin!

  We stayed in the garden-level apartment. I have to say that Andrew is absolutely delightful. Prompt at responding to all requests, and, for the apartment, the price is very good. The apartment is well located, so you can walk to Grafton Street, Trinity College, etc... easily. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We were a family of 3, and, there was just enough space for us - the kitchen and bathroom are both pretty compact. The bath reminded me of the "shoilet" on some small boats. If you are looking for a great value, then, I'd recommend this. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of light coming in at that level.

  With 4 other friends, we spent a week in this really nice appartment. This appartment is very comfortable and practical. Walking slowly, we were only 15mins to animated streets. We had a really great week in Dublin.

  This is a nice little apartment. The location makes it perfect. You can walk anywhere in the city center. Your a 15-20 min walk from Grafton st. and there's a ton of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the area. I walked home late at night and had no problems. The apartment is in a really nice neighborhood. Andrew left a guide on things to do in the area, which was really helpful too. I would recommend staying here. I had a really good time.

  Andrew's flat was a great base for us to explore Dublin on a quick 24 hour weekend. Beautiful, quiet street that is a short walk from many many great pubs and other park venues. Kitchen and bath were tight, but fine for what we needed. The living room was very comfortable and we appreciated the fast wifi and tips for the city left by Andrew - very thoughtful host!

  Your flat is very comfortable, with the two rooms, the little kitchen , the shower, the sofa and the flowers outside, in front of the window!
