The main advantage is that it is close to the beach, and up on the 30th floor away from the noise, and there is a huge outdoor lanai, which is where you send most of your time. It also has the only rooftop swimming pool with an ocean view in all of Waikiki.

At the new Aqua Pacific Monarch, formerly the Aston Pacific Monarch. This condo has full ocean views and is right near the beach.

We have the only rooftop ocean view swimming pool in Waikiki.

There is a full sized grocery store a block away.

There is a huge lanai, this is really what you want as on the lanai is where you spend most of your time.

The views are full frontal ocean views, right on the beach, up and down the coast.

The beach is just a few steps away.

The restaurant Jinruku also has a bar and is in the building.

The property is located in the center of the action right on the main Waikiki beach called Duke Kamanoku beach.

The neighborhood is safe with plenty of tourists walking around.

Panoramic views up and down the coast. Close to the beach. Hawaii tax ID; W79294422-01. OWNERS COMMENT We buy new bed linens every six months, we replace the carpet and futon covers annually. The room is professionally cleaned, additional cleaning supplies are available under the sink in the bath-room to make it very easy for those that are fastidious. There is a store in the building to buy additional cleaning supplies at a cheap price. The on-line booking system offers a 30% discount on price but you need to book on-line to get this discount, and booking on-line is not as easy as using the telephone, but you save 30%. We have two staff members in Waikiki that you can call on the phone if you have problems, kindly be polite. You get the keys from the front desk at the hotel, but for security reasons you need to have your paperwork in order to get the keys or there will be delays. This condo is far more deluxe than comparable hotel rooms, in this price range, and offers a better value for your money. We ask that you be polite when dealing with our staff members in Waikiki and to recognize that you are getting a great price on a spectacular, super clean, one-bedroom deluxe suite that vastly exceeds what you get in a standard hotel room. In this condo, it is really all about the spectacular panoramic views up and down the coast, the proximity to the beach which is just a few steps away, at the main Waikiki beach, in the exact center of all the action - surfing, beautiful people, parties on the beach, white sand, aqua marine champagne clear waters, a safe kid friendly environment.
