Welcome to our beach retreat! Check out our video in the upper left corner. We want you to experience our platinum level tropical retreat first-hand by vacationing in our beautiful three bedroom three full bath condo. My husband and I own, manage and clean this unit ourselves, keeping it immaculate and updated. There are no hidden fees. We live locally so are able to respond to any concerns immediately.
Our 12th floor West end corner unit, with a wrap around balcony, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with its spectacular sunsets and the golf course of Seascape with Choctawhatchee Bay as a backdrop. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath and has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and fun retreat for your family and ours. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is comfortable seating for 12 with 8 at our community table and four barstools at the breakfast bar. You will also enjoy outdoor meals on the balcony with seating for 6.
A nice fitness room is available for our guests. It is located on the ground floor near the elevators. There are several machines facing directly onto the pool.
Seascape Resort offers two beautiful 18-holes golf courses; Seascape Golf Course is directly behind Ariel Dunes and Emerald Bay, just a mile to the west. Both courses are full-service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons, and a pro shop. We would be happy to make tee times for golf, or court reservations for tennis during your stay!
We're excited about Ariel Dunes'"Cabana Cafe" across the breezeway from our lobby. It is a full bar/restaurant with a coffee bar, ice cream shop and bakery. Cabana Cafe even offers room service and a 10% discount to our guests. Live entertainment and breakfast and lunch buffets keep the place hopping. The very popular "Whales Tail" has reopened with their yummy beachside breakfasts, lunches and dinners, located directly on our beach. When it comes to good food and entertainment, it's only a short drive to the Sandestin Resort featuring the Village of Baytowne Wharf (great restaurants, shops and live music in the evenings and even outdoor movies) and Grand Boulevard. If it's shopping that is on your agenda, Silver Sands Outlet Mall is even closer (a three minute drive) or Destin Commons is always very popular (shops, restaurants, movie theaters).. And of course, there is the water park and goofy golf at Big Kahuna's that the kids will enjoy.

Year Purchased: 2006
We're Bill and Brenda Meeboer. My husband is a retired Air Force fighter pilot. We knew we wanted to retire in this area after his first assignment in the 80's. We live in nearby Niceville. I manage our condo and live closeby so I can keep an eye on things and help our guests when needed. We're happy to share our special retreat with our guests.

My husband travels 75% of the year and wanted our spot to be as comfortable as we would be at home...We were so delighted,#1 the view beyond spectacular,#2 Brenda did a fantastic job with comfort and decor...She had some amenities there for those that forget something, that was incredibly thoughtful. We love this place and hope to make it an annual trip.For the first time in 30 years no was ready to come home...thanks Brenda and Bill...you've got a special place.Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with the Madden Family.

Wow! This condo is everything the pictures show and more. Beautiful decor, very clean, great comfy beds and the view is simply amazing. We spent every morning on the patio having coffee, talking smart, and planning our day. Easy to find your way around and many options on activities. That is, if we decided to do anything at all. We played tennis, walked, went to waterworks?, mini golf, (do your outdoor activities that are outside and away from the water in the evening so it is cooler) & we shopped of course. You just can't go wrong renting this condo. I almost hate to say this for fear it may not be available for us again when we want to visit again. The beaches were just as I remembered. White, soft sand that feels like powder (so my husband says) and he has feet as soft as a baby's. No BP Oil at all! We stayed in for dinner a couple of nights had crab and shrimp from Skippers (i think) Fish Market next to the Winn Dixie. Great service, they even steamed our food for us. Be sure to visit Dewey Destins for dinner. Great food, service and price. Didn't care too much for the downstairs cabana resturant. We went there for breakfast and after 2 hours some of us still hadn't received our food. No worries, maybe having a bad day. We all have them. Had drinks and listened to music one night and service was fine. Only one of us in our group of eight had visited Destin before and everyone was very pleased. We will definately be back! I've already passed this condo info on to several friends and clients. A great time had by all! Thanks Boise, Idaho

This is a great property. Beautifully furnished, very well maintained, and ideal for our group of 8 (4 children and 4 adults). The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the views were stunning, and the pools were great. The only negative was that we had to leave!

Brenda, We had a wonderful time at your place. I travel for a living 2 weeks a month and have never stayed in a more comfortable place. I noticed so many small and big touches that there are too many to mention. The beds, fridge, balconies,pool, luggage carts, decorating, everything was 5 star.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE! We could not have asked for a more beautiful and restfull place to stay. Our whole family thought it was fantastic! Brenda, thanks so much for all your help. We had everything we needed and then some. We hope to stay here everytime we're in Destin.
