  • A great place to stay in beautiful Rincon.

"From my first contact with Doc, he was helpful about directions, local attractions, food, beaches, yoga and day trips. He is a great guy and knows alot about Rincon. We loved his home - the beds were comfy, the view is awesome, the jacuzzi refreshing, kitchen well stocked and its a great location off the main road. We explored the beaches, restaraunts, farmers market, art walk, and had a great time snorkeling, hanging out at the beaches and watching the sunsets. The property owner, Cheo, welcomed us when we arrived and was available if we had any questions. There is a great yoga spot down the road and we also had a chance to hear some local music while we were there. It was a special treat to meet Doc and Sara on our last day there. They are such kind and generous people. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home. It was our first time in Rincon and we definitely want to come back as soon as we can."

  • Wonderful Family Vacation

"Our fourth trip to PR and this was our favorite, in large part due to our stay in this villa. Perfectly situated with ocean views with pools and palm trees in the foreground and views of El Yunque from the open air walkway outside the unit. The villa was clean, comfortable and relaxing. As others have noted, Xavier was very easy to deal with - responsive and pleasant. Upon booking, Xavier provides you with a booklet of information including his thoughts on restaurants, grocery stores, day trips and much more. We found the booklet very helpful throughout the trip and as a result had an even better vacation than we expected upon booking. For nearby day trips, El Yunque is a must and the bioluminescent kayak tour is absolutely mystical. Thanks again Xavier!"

  • Loved our stay in Dorado!

"We (and our pups) loved our time at Diana's beach house in Dorado. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves. We felt totally safe in the quiet neighborhood, and it's literally steps down to the sand. Great surf break is walking distance about a block away. AC was ice cold, plenty of space inside, wifi worked great, cable tv had plenty of channels, close to town with 24-hr supermarket a few minutes away. Great home base for the week- close enough to San Juan that it's an easy trek down the expressway, without being stuck in all the hustle and bustle all the time. We have 3 dogs, and the fenced in yard worked perfectly for us. We would highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay there again next time in Dorado or San Juan area."

  • Beautiful spot off the beaten path!

"My husband, our 3 year old son, my sister and her boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights in March. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 5. The huge outdoor deck offered so many options for lounging, eating, grilling and even napping...all with an absolutely stunning view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was in perfect condition when we arrived. Theresa's directions were spot on and it was the one place in PR that we actually were able to locate on our first try! The town is not much to speak of, but the beaches were spectacular and not crowded at all. We tried out Domes beach (to watch the surfers) and Steps beach for awesome snorkeling. And my husband tried surf lessons before deciding the sport was not for him! But honestly, we preferred the ease and privacy of the beach and water at the base of the property. Our son loved watching the crabs and other sea creatures and my sister loved the snorkeling. One word of warning, the street that the house is on is very narrow and the rental car place gave us a mini-van which made it very difficult to maneuver. Technically, you should be able to drive in a loop and not have to turn around, but we often found the street blocked and we had to execute a 10 point turn with the mini-van. so make sure to get a small car! Also, i'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 only because i made several e-mail inquiries regarding parking and a small cot-type bed for my son that went unanswered until I called Theresa (at which point she was very nice). Not sure why the e-mails went unanswered, but would recommend getting all your questioned answered in advance."
