The house comfortably accommodated our entire family for a birthday trip. It had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The pool area was definitely the highlight of the house! If you're looking to get away from the busy commercial areas and enjoy a more peaceful setting, this is the house for you. The neighbors were also very friendly. We even left them some of the food we had purchased but didn't get to use.My only suggestion would be to consider adding AC to the living room and computer room. Although I personally didn't mind it, those areas can get pretty hot at times.Nelson was also very nice and helpful when I had questions about the laundry room.Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and this house helped make our family birthday trip another memorable one. We truly enjoyed our time there!

Absolutely Amazing Family Vacation! My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Utopia Luxury Villa! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our flight and arrival were extremely late in the evening, but Nelson and his son still took the time to come to the villa, greet us personally, and give us a thorough tour. They showed us how to operate several of the villa’s features and made sure we were comfortable before leaving.Nelson was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. He even provided us with a list of things to see and do in the area, along with information about excursions that they offer themselves. That personal touch made our stay even more enjoyable! The villa itself was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect—refreshing, relaxing, and a great way for the entire family to unwind and enjoy our vacation. We truly enjoyed everything about Utopia Luxury Villa and could not have asked for a better experience. Nelson and his son were wonderful hosts, and their hospitality definitely made our family vacation even more memorable. We will DEFINITELY be returning for another family vacation in the future! Thank you, Nelson, for making our stay so special! Utopia Luxury Villa is highly recommended!

Country Getaway

A great spot for friends or family looking to get away for a long weekend. Food and drinks close by, or adventures a little further away if you have a car.

Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.

This Property/home is beautiful. Host is great and very friendly. He responds and takes action quickly with the issues we had. He also helped with making great suggestions for excursions and places to visit! Honestly tho, for the high price that we payed, I expected to not have any issues. We specifically chose this VRBO for the amenities that were advertised and we weren’t able to use some of them when we needed them or they didn’t work properly. ( A/C didn’t work in one of the rooms, dryer didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, Bbq grill was leaking gas. ) Again he or his son did come by and fixed these issues as soon as they were able to when we told him but it was frustrating. Host did work with me to allow my family to visit the home for a couple of hours and I very much appreciated that. It saved me from having to travel all over the island to visit everyone. The pool was very refreshing and we appreciated the toys he has for the kids to play in the pool as well as the board games he had. He also provided cooler which we used for the beach. I recommend getting the extra insurance. Unfortunately my kids caused some damage and insurance covered it with no problems.

This home is extremely cozy and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water bottles in every room. The provided coolers were a lifesaver for our beach days. The only suggestion I have would be to add an AC unit to the living room, as it can get quite warm during the day, especially while cooking.

Proprty was as pictured some areas could use an update for the price. Owner should let people know before booking that he shows up to the property whenever he wants because his office is located on the property I believe in the garage area. Other then that great stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Utopia Luxury Villa. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property and had a great overall experience. We appreciate your note about the property’s condition and will certainly take it into consideration for future updates. Regarding the presence of our handyman and property management office, we want to clarify that while the office is located on the right-hand side of the property (in the garage area), it is entirely separate from the main villa, and the handyman does not have access to the guest areas. To avoid any confusion for future guests, we will update our listing to clearly mention this detail upfront. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities, and we apologize if this aspect of your stay caused any inconvenience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay in the future! Best regards, Nelson Lopez Property Manager Utopia Luxury Villa
