"Spent a week there and enjoyed every minute of it. Apartment was exactly as shown and more. Patrick was very helpful and explained all the things we needed to know and in addition there is a big book with all kinds of additional information you might want.
But the location is every thing and it has all. You can walk to so many places, and transportation to places to far to walk to are close at hand.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone and would not hesitate to go back and rent it again.
As stated elevators are small but serviceable and the stairway is somewhat taxing but doable.
The only thing we missed was hooks to hang clothes up on in the bathroom. So as you see nothing to really complain about."

"I stayed in this beautiful apt. back in January by myself. I always felt safe here & loved the location. Montmartre has so much to offer. The store from "Amelie" is 125 steps from the apt. Picasso's apt. is 200 steps away. The apt. looks exactly like the photos & the decor was beautiful. I am a chef, so I made myself dinner every night in the apt., which I enjoyed. I even took some sheet music & enjoyed playing the piano. I cannot brag enough about this place or the area, to be walking in the footsteps of so many artists & stop for a glass of wine at their old watering holes ~ pretty awesome! Also took a cooking class at "Cooking with Class" that is within walking distance."

Lovely, spacious, personal, sophisticated, peaceful home in Paris
"My husband, two teenagers (14 & 16) and I stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days in mid-July '15. We were blown away by the space (in Paris!!) for all of us and the tastefulness of the very personal design of this home. THIS place is how you decorate with your collections! The space in this home and the fantastic kitchen made it a pleasure to get up and go each morning - no stepping on top of each other for bathroom space; a cinch to throw together a nice breakfast and eat it in a comfortable way - and then a perfect place to come back to after a long day of tromping around in the hustle-bustle of the city. The courtyard kept all street noise at bay, and we could all retreat to our own comfortable spaces for a bit of respite, before going out again in the evening to explore or hit any of the great recommendations Annette thoughtfully provides. I felt happy and inspired in Annette and Luc's special home and would love to go back again some day. I would not return in the summer, however. All of Paris was suffering in the great heat of the week we were there, but in spite of the fans kindly provided, the upper, bedroom floors were terribly hot in the evenings, as despite fantastic windows, there is little to no cross ventilation. This was a problem for us. One more note, as the previous reviewer mentioned, the beautifully maintained old floors can be quite slippery in the requested stocking feet, and all of us slipped and slid a bit. With no handrails on the stairs, this might definitely be a concern for seniors or small kids. With these notes in mind, I would not hesitate to return to this very special home in Fall, Winter or Spring, and have already recommended it very enthusiastically to friends and family."

Exactly as advertised, perfect for the weekend in Paris
"I highly recommend staying at Andrew's apartment. The apartment was exactly as advertised, small but had everything we needed and the bed was big and comfy!
The apartment was in close walking distance from the metro, and easily accessible from all points. We explored all of Paris, and it was always easy to get back.
There are some cute shops, convenient grocery stores, and cafes nearby which was great.
The experience was stress-free, and Andrew made it very easy to feel comfortable. Additionally, he was very quick at responding to all of my questions.
Thank you Andrew!"
