Second Great Stay
"This was our second year at this house, and it was just a wonderful as last year. The house is very well stocked with high quality linens and towels, lots of beach equipment for adults and kids, and has a large well stocked kitchen. Three very comfortable bedrooms work great for our family, and the yard, garden, and deck are very nice, as well as beautiful.
Forest Beach is a very nice, easy walk from the house. We also went to Ridgevale Beach, which was wonderful for kites, crabs, wading with children and just hanging around. The house is also very close to Schoolhouse Ice Cream, which was a frequent stop for our family."

"We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated Cape Cod gem! Plenty of space for our girls' weekend, and the grill and all kitchen appliances worked well for our meals. The outside shower is new and the front patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the nearby wetlands.
The location is very convenient for a walk to nearby Forest Beach, which is quiet and boasts calm waters. The Stop & Shop is a short drive away, too. Matt is very easy to work with and is full of ideas for fun and adventurous things to do in the area. We highly recommend!"

"This is an immaculate vacation home. The view from the deck of the sunrise over Taylor's pond is to be remembered. My family of four stay here for the week in August and were treated to a quintessential Cape Cod vacation. The house is close to all attractions in Chatham yet secluded, and only an hour-long boat ride to Nantucket. For those sporty enough, try kayaking to a secluded beach from the backyard or from the boat launch just down the road. After a long day of activities, relax on the deck with a slice of bumbleberry pie from Marion's."
