Newly Updated 5BR/2BA 2500Sqft Very Private Family Home, WiFi & Air Conditioned!

Beautifully Updated Family Brewster Vacation Rental Home. This 5BR/2BA home is nestled on a hill on nearly 3/4 acre in a private, quiet neighborhood. Located on Brewster/East Dennis line so best of both worlds, including nearby Sea Street Beach and Bound Brook Conservation Area. It has a Central A/C slimline unit on the main living area to keep everyone cool and all upstairs bedrooms have A/C units for personal comfort.

Enter through the front door to a large open kitchen with dining for 8-10. This home affords large families plenty of space to spread out- The new fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar with 4 stools. To the left of the kitchen is an open Living/Dining area with Flat Screen TV. There is a door from the dining area to the backyard.

On the other side of the kitchen is a Family room with a ping pong table. There is a hallway that has a full bathroom (shower only) and Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin Beds.

Outside is a large newly installed patio area with a built in fireplace, Dining Table with Umbrella, Gas grill and a two room outdoor shower.

Enjoy off Season Rates. Linens not provided. Cleaning fee for stays of less than one week.
No Smoking and No Pets!

Sea Street Beach is just 1.6 mile from the house
Sesuit public Boat Ramp and overlook is less then 2 miles from the house. Make sure to visit the Lost Dog Pub - just a short drive. Looking for great seafood chowder? Easy drive to The Marshside. Best Lobster roll on earth and yummy fried clams- BYOB to Sesuit Harbor Cafe- just a couple miles from the house
Dennis Pines Golf Course is nearby.
Kids will love the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History nearby.
There are several fresh water swimming options close by including Long Pond. Take a leisurely drive down Route 6A and visit the many antique shops and restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My family had a great time. Beautiful and cozy house with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed lobsters one night!! Such a lovely home! Lots of windows, love the brightness! The house is so spacious, and clean. There was everything we needed there! Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great time at Ian's place in Brewster. The home is very spacious with a large, updated kitchen and dining area that accommodated our large group. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large work area to prepare meals. Most of the week was hot outside but the ductless heat pumps kept everyone cool and comfortable. The home is convenient to many bayside beaches. We would definitely return in the future.

Charming Brewster Stay

We had the best time during our stay in Brewster. The home was conveniently located near one of our favorite beaches, Mayflower Beach, and a short distance from Harwich's Ember Pizza and Chatham. The home was clean, lots of communal space and good-sized bedrooms with central air. We will be staying there again for sure!

Host was so attentive with question prior to vacation date and during the stay. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and he was the best host. House is tucked in a wooded neighborhood close to Dennis and Brewster ponds, lakes and the bay. Ideal spot and very child friendly
