Beautifully Updated Family Brewster Vacation Rental Home. This 5BR/2BA home is nestled on a hill on nearly 3/4 acre in a private, quiet neighborhood. Located on Brewster/East Dennis line so best of both worlds, including nearby Sea Street Beach and Bound Brook Conservation Area. It has a Central A/C slimline unit on the main living area to keep everyone cool and all upstairs bedrooms have A/C units for personal comfort.

Enter through the front door to a large open kitchen with dining for 8-10. This home affords large families plenty of space to spread out- The new fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar with 4 stools. To the left of the kitchen is an open Living/Dining area with Flat Screen TV. There is a door from the dining area to the backyard.

On the other side of the kitchen is a Family room with a ping pong table. There is a hallway that has a full bathroom (shower only) and Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin Beds.

Outside is a large newly installed patio area with a built in fireplace, Dining Table with Umbrella, Gas grill and a two room outdoor shower.

Enjoy off Season Rates. Linens not provided. Cleaning fee for stays of less than one week.

Sea Street Beach is just 1.6 mile from the house
Sesuit public Boat Ramp and overlook is less then 2 miles from the house. Make sure to visit the Lost Dog Pub - just a short drive. Looking for great seafood chowder? Easy drive to The Marshside. Best Lobster roll on earth and yummy fried clams- BYOB to Sesuit Harbor Cafe- just a couple miles from the house
Dennis Pines Golf Course is nearby.
Kids will love the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History nearby.
There are several fresh water swimming options close by including Long Pond. Take a leisurely drive down Route 6A and visit the many antique shops and restaurants.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great time at Ian's place in Brewster. The home is very spacious with a large, updated kitchen and dining area that accommodated our large group. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large work area to prepare meals. Most of the week was hot outside but the ductless heat pumps kept everyone cool and comfortable. The home is convenient to many bayside beaches. We would definitely return in the future.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped home in tranquil setting

Private location at the western edge of Brewster that is only a 5-10 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape (Sea St. beach, in E. Dennis). Plenty of room for the family, with open floor plan. Hosts were responsive to the few questions we had.

Great house!

This house is great for a large group. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It has a good sized, well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the ping pong table. When there was a problem with the upstairs shower shut off, Ian was helpful and made sure it was quickly fixed. We loved the outside shower and the location.

The owner was very responsive and took great pride in his property. The five bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped and the spacious floor plan accommodated four couples and two young children very comfortably. The outside patio was a pleasant place to gather on hot summer nights. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Great getaway

Loved the layout of the house. The downstairs had plenty of space for our group of 10 to hangout and cook. The location was convenient as well. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. This was in the listing when booking so not a surprise, but I ended up having to buy sheets which is not ideal when traveling.

Wonderful property

This home was awesome. We had more than enough room for six adults. The ping pong table was an unexpected bonus leading to a lot of movement and laughs. Plenty of hot water for six adults to get ready for a wedding. The location was convenient to stores. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast. As a family, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Shout out to Ian for making us welcome.

Best on the Cape !!!!

My husband and I have been renting on the Cape for 15 years and this has been our favorite rental by far. There were 10 of us in total and not once did we ever feel cramped / crowded. There was plenty of space and a lot of little “extras”. Having rented for 15 years there are always items I make sure to bring but I found with this rental they had quite of few of the items most rentals do not. Property was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Some of our favorite amenities were the fire pit, outdoor shower, and ping pong table. A great stay !!! Highly recommend this property

Great break in Cape Code

We had a great time, staying at Ian’s house. There was 8 adults all said and lots of room inside and out to keep us out of each others hair. Just the normal issues with timing the two bathrooms for getting ready. Location is a classic Cape “house in the woods” off Airline and the road up is a little bumpy but nothing your average car can’t handle. If you are looking for beach time remember to leave early to get parking at the local beaches with a week pass or a daily - not a walk to the nearest beach. Nice back yard/patio with fire pit , grill and showers. Enjoyed nights around the fire and ping pong games inside. Liked the location, with relatively short drives to various beaches and towns.

Immaculately maintained property in Brewster.

This property has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated, and provided a spacious and restful backdrop for our week on the Cape. The five-bedrooms and two full baths easily accommodated our party of six. The kitchen is well-equipped, and includes stainless steel appliances and a large island where the kids liked to sit and have their breakfast. We enjoyed gathering around one of the two large dining tables to work on a puzzle, enjoy a meal, and play cards and board games. The property is located less than two miles from our favorite beach, Sea Street Beach, in the neighboring town of Dennis Port. Although located in a very quiet, private neighborhood, this property is only a short drive to numerous restaurants, shops and activities in Brewster and neighboring towns. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very responsive and provided us with detailed information regarding the property prior to our arrival. This was, by far, one of the most immaculately maintained properties our family has ever rented.

Great House!

We had a lovely stay at this property with our friends (4 kids and 3 adults) for 4 nights in July. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and updated. It is obvious that a lot of love went into the decor and updates. My husband and I generally only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and thus are quite picky about accommodations. I was nervous about renting a house as the only other time we had done so ended in us leaving early as the place was so poorly kept and dirty that I couldn't wait to get home. We were all so pleasantly surprised by the condition of this house. They layout is perfect for larger families and groups and everything was so clean and well-maintained. The owners are very kind and responsive to any questions. The kitchen is well supplied and each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit. It was a true pleasure and the location is very private and yet close to many things. The road that the home is on is a bit long and set far back but that adds to privacy of the property. The kids loved the outdoor fireplace and had fun sitting around and roasting marshmallows after a long day at the beach. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying a stay at this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My family had a great time. Beautiful and cozy house with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed lobsters one night!! The house was close to beaches and Smugglers ice cream! All the kids had an absolute blast being with each other. We definitely would recommend this house!

Perfect in every way!

Such a lovely home! Lots of windows, love the brightness! The house is so spacious, and clean. There was everything we needed there! And the backyard was so private, we were surrounded by beautiful landscaping… the greenery, the hydrangeas… perfect!!! So close to the beach…we will be returning for sure!
