The home offers a patio with chaise lounges, a gas grill, and a table for outside dining. Interior includes granite counter tops, hardwood floors, tumbled Travertine tile bath, and a sparkling new interior. Enjoy the wonderful sea breezes in this comfortable new duplex surrounded by sun, sand, and crushed shell drives. Be among the first to experience all Lewis Bay has to offer. We now offer year round getaways at our Lewis Bay location, weekly or weekends....

Bob and Patty were excellent host's and the property was as described. Check in was effortless. The location is very private, quiet and access to the private beach was a plus.For future stays we'll be sure to bring our favorite Keurig K-Cups and teas as there is no conventional coffee maker on premises or selection of teas. We did however purchase an adapter for the Keurig at a local Stop & Shop to brew our own coffee.The master bed was very comfortable (and I have a very bad back).We look forward to staying at the property in the future. Thank you, Bob and Patty!

Perfect little place!

My husband and I stayed here during a stop on our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water, and is very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is advertised as PRISTINE, which unfortunately did not match our experience. We encountered cleanliness and maintenance issues in the kitchen, with the area rugs, and throughout the home. The condition left us uncertain whether the towels and linens had been properly laundered. We ultimately cleaned cabinets, washed dishes and placemats, and laundered towels and linens ourselves so we could feel confident the items we were using were clean. I even spoke with the owner twice the day after we arrived about the dirty kitchen cabinets and inquired about laundering the sofa covers. The bathroom exhaust fan rattled loudly enough to make us concerned it might come loose from the ceiling. The owner also told us the air-conditioning filter is replaced only once a year, which raised concerns about routine maintenance.The owners are nice people and clearly care about their property. They were helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations. I understand we arrived at the end of the season, and the owner explained that the property would be reset in October. However, the end of the season should not mean guests receive anything less than a clean, well-maintained environment.The home itself is bright and airy, and you can tell the owners love it. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, it could live up to that positive first impression and the “pristine” description.

Great Relaxing Stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights and our grown son joined us for the weekend. The location is lovely to either sit on the patio or to be inside, looking out at the water and boats. Inside was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable! All the amenities you need. The owner was available by phone as well when we had a few questions.

Lovely place and beach.

Bob is a joy to deal with and the place is immaculate. It is just as described and super close to the bay. We had a great time and definitely plan on coming back as well as recommending their place to friends and family!!
