The Villa is located in a village built near the beautiful "Foxi Murdegu" beach in the Marina di Tertenia in Ogliastra. You can reach the sea along approx. 400 meters of flat dirt road on foot or in the car there is a free parking near the beach access. The Villa is equipped with all comforts, the private garden equipped with green lawn, olive trees, vines, hydrangeas, pomegranate, etc., covers a total area of 510 square meters.
The Villa is on two levels with separate entrances:
The ground floor (about 60 square meters) has a living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed), bathroom with shower, veranda about 35 sqm. (to eat outdoors) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the event that guests are more than 4 we also provide the basement (about 90 square meters) which consists of kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, another with two single beds that can be united to create a double bed and the third with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and can accommodate up to 6 extra guests.
In the garden there are: shading pergola of 25sqm, work area with sink, washing machine, shower with hot water and built-in barbecue.
In our Villa you will find all the comforts:
Air conditioning for summer and heat pumps for winter, dishwasher and microwave (ground floor), fridge and freezer, electric oven, satellite TV, wi-fi, mosquito nets (ground floor and basement).
You can stay comfortably on the veranda and under the pergola as they are equipped with sofas, sunbeds, armchairs, table and chairs to eat outside, enjoy the private garden and use the barbecue.
You can safely park your car or in the street adjacent to the Villa or inside the garden.
On the ground floor we can accommodate up to 4 people while for large groups we also provide the rooms in the basement where in addition to the living room / kitchen there are 3 bedrooms, each with an opening. the exterior with the exception of the one with an opening (high) communicating with the living room (see photo).
In the garden, in addition to the barbecue, you can also use a large sink and a work surface.
You will also have comfortable deckchairs and sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

The beach of Foxi Murdegu, on the coast of Sarrala, is located in the Marina di Tertenia in Ogliastra, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, an area of uncontaminated and wild charm with beautiful landscapes and naturalistic that are able to combine in a particularly suggestive synthesis the mountain and the sea. The Ogliastra landscape is divided between white stretches of fine sand, crystal clear waters, cliffs overlooking the sea, secular woods and dry desert plains. Rich of historical testimonies such as nuraghi, domus de janas, sacred sources, giants' tombs and menhirs, Ogliastra offers unique sceneries between limpid waters and impervious mountains.
Foxi Murdegu is a small beach with fine white sand and azure-green crystalline sea with sea bottoms gently sloping to the open sea. The beach has the shape of a half moon and is characterized by the presence of the interesting eighteenth-century tower of San Giovanni di Sarrala.
During the summer there is a butchery / rosticceria that sell local products as well as prepare several excellent dishes cooked to be enjoyed at home (even meat on request), and on the beach there is a kiosk where you can eat, drink, Breakfast.
In the immediate vicinity (about 10 minutes walk) there is a bar, tobacconists and mini markets open all year. A few minutes by car in the summer months are at your disposal another market, several bars and restaurants / pizzerias.
You can choose to dedicate yourself to different activities: hiking (on foot, by bike, on horseback or on a rubber boat), or simply relaxing by the crystal-clear sea of our beautiful beaches.

boat trips from Arbatax and S. Maria Navarrese towards the coast of Baunei to spend a fantastic day in the wonderful and very famous Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine and Cala Mariolu;
the Tacchi di Ulassai with the enchanting Su Marmuri cave; the woods of Villagrande and Lanusei with the astronomical observatory F. Caliumi of Mount Armidda;
without forgetting the various festivals with which each Ogliastra town presents to tourists the local traditions ...

THE RULES OF THE HOUSE:

For groups with more than 4 guests we make available, in proportion to their number, also the basement rooms. In this case at the check-in you will pay another 70 € extra for cleaning.
Ground floor and basement are independent and have two separate entrances.
Bed linen and bath towels available on request at an extra charge per stay of € 15 per person to be paid at check-in.
The municipality of Tertenia has activated the separate solid waste collection service. Guests will have to differentiate and dispose of waste at the "ecological island" collection point located a few minutes by car from our villa.
It is not allowed to organize events and / or parties.
In order not to disturb the peace of the village we ask you to respect the normal rules of coexistence and to avoid annoying noises, in particular during the hours of afternoon and night rest.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
On request we provide for the little ones:
bedside, 1 high chair, games for the beach.
