The 'Belvedere' apartment is located a few meters from the central and famous Piazza di Mondello. It is located on the third floor of a completely renovated building and is equipped with all comforts to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay in the charming seaside resort of Mondello. It has a capacity of 2 beds and is equipped with bed linen and towels. The apartment has a double bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette. Dining table, complete set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, dishes, refrigerator, plus bathroom with shower. Possibility of additional single bed. In addition, the apartment has a large panoramic terrace of 30 square meters overlooking the Gulf of Mondello, furnished during the summer with sofas and deck chairs. Beautiful Area

The property is quite basic but has most things that are needed to cook etc and the owner is very obliging and immediately supplied what we requested. It is kept very clean and towels and bedding etc are changed much more frequently than any other place we have stayed of this kind. The area is absolutely superb. A vast expanse of beautiful beach surrounded by mountains. Gorgeous to swim in. In easy reach of Palermo for other attractions.

Good little flat , excellent location, spacious terrace

The flat is in a very good location in the centre of Mondello. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the lighthouse at capo vello nature reserve every morning as it was incredibly hot while we were there. We swam off the rocks and snorkelled there too. ( we're not beach people,,). It was also easy to be able to get to Palermo by bus and by car to Erice and Corleone..These places were cooler being in the hills. There is no living room and if the weather was not suitable for the terrace you would have to lie on the bed to read.Thank goodness for the Aircon! small supermarket very close had everything we needed for self catering. Dario shared useful.info with us re shops/ restaurants etc.

Can’t beat the location

Two blocks to the beach and such easy access to catch a bus into Palermo. It was great. Large outdoor space.

super vacances !

2 ème fois que nous louons le même appartement. L'endroit est idéal : plage à 10min, supérette à 5min et bus pour Palerme à 5min aussi. L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel, la terrasse est un atout majeur! Le gérant est très disponible et avenant. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances une fois de plus.

Esperienza Stupenda

Esperienza indimenticabile in quel di Mondello. Dario è un padrone di casa davvero disponibile e simpatico, inoltre la pulizia ed i servizi sono impeccabili. Appartamento molto bello, con una terrazza vista mare da sogno. Super mega consigliato!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit steiler Treppe und eine grosszügige Veranda mit Meerblick in Mondello. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zweckmässig und gut, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Toller Service für Reinigung sowie neue Wäsche und Handtücher. Sehr nette und warmherzige Vermieterfamilie. Perfekt um Baden und Stadtbesuche (Palermo) zu verbinden.

Location très agréable

Nous étions deux et sommes restés 3 semaines. Appartement très bien situé, dans une rue calme et offrant un cadre reposant. Les navettes pour se rendre à la plage sont tout juste à côté (bien que nous ayons fait sans la plupart du temps) tout comme l'arrêt de bus pour aller à Palerme, la supérette et quelques commerces. La terrasse constitue l'atout majeur et nous avons pu y prendre tous nos repas. La chambre est spacieuse et la clim efficace. Le propriétaire propose une prise en charge du linge (service payant). L'appartement est très propre et le ménage est fait tous les 4 jours avec soin. Seuls petits bémols : la faible pression de la douche, une eau chaude qui tarde à arriver et un frigo un peu trop petit... mais rien de rédhibitoire! Bref, la garantie de bonnes vacances!

Petit appartement sobre avec 1 très belle terrasse

L appartement se situe au 3 eme étage d un immeuble situé à quelques pas du centre et de la plage. Équipement sommaire mais pour un court séjour ok. Le propriétaire est super sympa :-) Très belle vue de la terrasse

Clean, central and a fantastic large terrace that provided amazing views!

We had a lovely stay and the terrace views were amazing. Immaculate apartment, quiet building and street . The water front, beach, shops and places to eat just steps away. Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Und sehr freundliche Vermieter die einem versuchen alle wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. die Parkplätze sind ca.600 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und kosten 3€ pro Tag. Gerne wieder DAUMEN HOCH. Grazie a Dario e Manfredi

Super Lage, nette Vermieter!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Mondello und ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Familie, die die Unterkunft vermietet kümmert sich super nett um alle Anliegen. Uns wurde sogar angeboten in eine größeres Apartment zu wechseln, nachdem wir zunächst nicht ganz glücklich waren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Our new favourite!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Belvedere apartment in Mondello. It was the perfect location for us. We walked one block to the beach, grocery store, all restaurants and bars. The bus station is very close as well so getting into Palermo is an easy 30 minutes away. The real treat was the huge balcony overlooking Mondello. Manifredi, Dario and their mother were all very helpful and through them we were able to arrange all transportation to and from the airport. We went to see a show in Palermo and they arranged a ride for us there as well. I highly recommend this wonderful location for your trip to Mondello. The only small issue for us was that wifi was only accessible in the bedroom and I had business to attend to. Otherwise this was a 5 star plus!

Terrazza sul golfo di Mondello

Appartamento dietro la piazza centrale di Mondello che ti offre una vista mozzafiato! Appartamento perfetto per una famiglia con 1 o 2 figli o semplicemente per una coppia che vuole lasciarsi cullare dal mare e dalla splendida cucina del paese... Sei proprio dietro la piazza di Mondello che in serata si anima di gente e di locali di vario tipo e tasche per un ottimo piatto di pesce; sul lungomare diversi locali dove bere una birra ascoltando buona musica, e per finire uno splendido negozio di abbigliamento dei proprietari dell'appartamento dove comprare una maglietta ricordo con stampe in dialetto palermitano davvero molto belle! Nonostante la vicinanza alla piazza la notte non hai alcun problema a dormire! I proprietari sono persone splendide, pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi tua necessità. Questa è la Sicilia che mi piace!!!!

Gute Lage, schönes Apartment, tolle Terrasse

Ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Apartment liegt in der obersten Etage eines 3-stöckigen Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zum Plaza Mondella, dem Mittelpunkt des Ortes, mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsläden sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Unser Domizil für eine Woche besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer in komfortabler Größe, einem Duschbad, einer Küche mit Gasherd u. Mikro nebst allem was man sonst noch braucht. Alles picobello gepflegt! Ausschlag gebend für unsere Wahl war jedoch etwas anderes: Eine riesige Dachterrasse, geschätzte 30 qm, mit einer phänomenaler Aussicht über die Stadt u. der Bucht bis zu den Bergen. Unser Wohnzimmer, Speisezimmer u. Platz zum Sonnenbad für eine Woche, bestückt mit mobilen Möbel. Alles ist in nächster Nähe: der schöne Sandstrand beginnt gleich hinter der Plaza, ebenso die Bushaltestelle nach Palermo. Bleibt nur noch uns bei unseren Gastgebern Silvia, Manfredi und Dario zu bedanken für das herzliche Willkommen und den vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Grazie per tutti! Ingrid u. Günter

Kleines Appartement mit Charme

Die Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Dachterrasse bot einen grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht von Mondello. Bis zur Piazza mit vielen Restaurants sind es nur nur wenige Schritte. Die Verkehrsanbindung für eine Tour nach Palermo ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter haben einen optimalen Service geboten. Das Appartement war sauber, die Kochnische etwas beengt, aber für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Auch beim kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben die zwei Wochen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Appartement immer wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage, große Dachterrasse

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns auch bei der schwierigen Parkplatzsuche unterstützt haben. Zentrale Lage, gute Busanbindung nach Palermo. Schönes Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, große Dachterrasse, Küche allerdings nur einfach ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts leider im Bergmassiv hinter dem Haus Bauarbeiten, daher sehr laut.

Wunderbare Dachterasse mit herrlichem Blick

Die kleine Wohnung ist hell und sehr ansprechend. Der Vermieter kümmert sich rührend um einen, wenn man etwas braucht. Die Dachterasse ist unschlagbar. Mondello ist ruhig und schön.

Bonnes vacances assurées!

Appartement bien situé dans Mondello et bien équipé et très propre. Nous étions avec un bébé de 8 mois c'était bien adapté. Super terrasse et vue sur Mondello.

Very modern apartment with a gorgeous view

The Belvedere apartment seems very recently refurbished and all rooms are well maintained and clean. It has a spacious, air conditioned bedroom with a large bed, a very nice bathroom and a very reasonably equipped kitchen. The Balcony is amazing as it provides a view of mountains, sea and the town of Mondello. Sylvia and her sons are very helpful with any questions that one might have - and even provided a cleaning of the apartment halfway through the stay. Additionally, the apartment is only a stone throw from great restaurants and the beach (where the €4 private beach sections can be recommended). If you are a couple looking for a get-away this is a very solid choice.
