Terrazzo favoloso

L’appartamentino È un piccolo gioiellino, curato nei minimi dettagli sia in termini di attrezzatura che in termini di estetica e funzionalità, il terrazzo é il suo fiore all’occhiello, per delle tranquille e ventilate cene anche nelle sere calde d’estate come durante il nostro soggiorno a inizio luglio. La casa è comunque molto fresca anche nelle giornate calde. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa

Very beautiful flat with great terrace and view on

We booked this big flat, which is located only 130 meters away from the beautiful beach of Mondello, for two weeks. It is furnished very beautiful and colourful in typical Sicilian style. What we liked especially is that you can cook inside as well as outside, and having breakfast sitting on the sunny terrace was just great. Free wifi was available, bed cover and towels were included, too, and in addition, we got fresh covers and towels after one week of our stay. The centre of Mondello is just 6 minutes away by feet, the next supermarket around 5 minutes. The sleeping couches were comfortable and I slept well (there are two sleeping couches, so that you can also rent this flat with four persons). The only "negative" thing was that the tv only had Italian channels. However, we were not on holiday to watch German television, so this was no problem. Moreover, there is a DVD player, so you can bring your DVDs if you think you need to watch something when you are on holiday. The next bus station is only 3 minutes away from the flat so that you can easily get to Palermo within around 20 minutes. Finally, I would like to point out the friendliness and cooperativeness of the hosts, Chiara and her family. If we had any question or needed help, they gave us all the support which was possible. We are very grateful for this. In addition, Chiara also initiated an airport transfer service for us (which was perfect for us because there is no bus line going from the airport to Mondello).

Appartamento a Mondello

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto accogliente e di sapore. Attico molto curato con passione dai proprietari Piero e Chiara, disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. L' appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che può occorre per trascorrervi una comoda vacanza. La posizione è a soli 70 metri dallo splendido mare di Mondello, per cui molto comodo per muoversi anche a piedi. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questa splendida location.

Casa incantevole posizone bellissima e ottima per tutto dai bar , negozi , spiagge, parcheggi, piazza di mondello , e tutto quel che si vorrebbe per una vacanza perfetta , all'interno la casa e molto molto ospitale ,con tutti i confort che si vogliono, per nn parlare del terrazzo stupendo con vista sul mare , proprietari squisitisstimi molto gentili accoglienza spettacolare .persone molto brave e gentilissime e disponibili . Ps: ci sentiamo molto presto per ripetere la vacanza 😊 a presto

Vacanza ed appartamento davvero piacevoli

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento rispecchia totalmente la descrizione, i proprietari sono stati fin da subito disponibili e gentilissimi. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda dove si può raggiungere facilmente la piazza di Mondello per poter gustare le specialità siciliane. Il mare, è inutile dirlo, è bellissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per quanto detto sopra e penso che ci ritorneremo perchè ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

I stayed in the studio for three weeks. It is close to the bus, shopping and restaurants. It is roomy, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the large porch with an ocean view where I could sun bathe and dry my laundry. I would definitely stay here again! The host was very nice and accommodating.

The house always belonged to the family, E 'a very big house so I decided to share it with people who will appreciate it and you will love it for sure. The intensity of the colors of the sea of Mondello, the blue sky and the majesty of the mountains that surround it will remain in your memories for a long time, making for an unforgettable stay.The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Palermo 100 meters from the golden beach of Mondello. The property is completely surrounded by trees and gardens and offers stunning views from every point of vantage points Cool and breezy in the hot days of summer Palermo and warm and cozy in the winter. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view from dawn to dusk in front of the turquoise sea and the sides of the mountains surrounding Palermo. The structure, whilst being close to the beach, is located in a quiet and secluded area, you will be woken by birdsong and you will sleep with the distant sound of the waves.

Ideally located close to the beach but in a quiet area,close to the famous square of the village with the characteristic small harbor, where every morning the local fishermen are displaying the freshly caught fish, stores for shopping and cafes, perfect place for the whole family to spend a pleasant evening and enjoy the famous gastronomic specialties of Sicilian cuisine. In a few minutes you can reach on foot or by free shuttle, the beautiful golden beach of Mondello, the equipped beaches, the marine reserve of Capo Gallo with its beautiful bays, the pebble beach and cliffs dell'Addaura.
