Big lovely house for rent 30 min from the sea

Big modern family house in a cute little town. (180 m2)
2 living spaces with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The space around the house has a garden with orange and lemon trees, a private parking area for 2 cars and a bbq with chill out area at the back. Kids can enjoy playing around the house with the safety that it´s all fenced in. Serramanna is a small traditional town with friendly neighbors, a few bars and supermarkets for all your basics. In 1 minute you are on the highway to the capital Cagliari. On your way there you will find several big shopping malls with all the famous brands and restaurants (10 min from the house) The closest beach is about 30 km away called Poetto.
We are a dutch / italian family and hope to meet you soon in our lovely place!
