Andalusian house with breathtaking terrace

All sights, shopping streets and many excellent restaurants and tapas bars are within walking distance. If you walk down the quiet street, you should throw yourself in all that Malaga has to offer (twenty minutes walk).
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a
fantastic terrace with BBQ. The house is stylishly decorated and breaths Andalusia.
After the vibrant energy of the city, the roof terrace is the perfect place to relax, dune away under the pergola or take an extra sun bath.
I, Agathe, manage the house with great pleasure, passion and pride for the owners who
stay for work in Asturias. It is a house that continues to amaze me. It needs attention, it
takes, but above all, gives you as a romantic building at age. So if you
are in front of a house where every stone in proverbial sense is exactly what you need. If you fall for its charm and magic, you will have a great stay. The house takes 180 m2 and the terrace 80m2.

The host, Agathe, was fantastic. She kept communication open and checked to make sure all was well throughout our stay.The location is fantastic! Close to all the main Malaga sites. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed having the terrace for outdoor relaxation.

Fantastic location

The house is in an excellent location for visiting all the local sights and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Agatha could not have been more helpful. Worthy of particular mention is the fabulous roof terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family,

Wonderful apartment near Picasso Museum

We chose this property for its location and interesting features. It’s very large with many older features mixed in with some modern updates. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and the 3 baths were unique and functional. The kitchen is special with its original equipment and design but very usable snd the rooftop terrace is quite large and great for lounging later in the day. The location was great for us with lots of restaurants and markets close by. The host was very responsive and friendly and even checked in to see if we needed anything. While it’s an older apartment, the features and it’s uniqueness made this one of our favorite places to stay. The experience was definitely worth the visit.

Fantastic stay

If you’re expecting hotel chic, this property is not for you. If you love traditional Spanish with lots of of quirks then you will definitely love this place! Beautiful old building in a very central area just minutes from all the attractions. Lovely spacious rooftop terrace, and although it could do with some TLC, it’s perfect to relax with a drink at the end of the evening. Beware though, the spiral steps up to the terrace are not for the faint hearted and definitely not for children or anyone with mobility issues, we however loved it! Many thanks to Agatha for being a superb host! She was incredibly responsive, great recommendations for restaurants and was there to welcome us when we arrived at 1am! Thank you so much Agatha!

Charming house in a great location

We were delighted to find a house for 8 adults that was so ideally located. We had everything we needed within a short walking distance - the beach, bar, restaurants, markets & supermarkets. Agatha was a wonderful host, very helpful and flexible with arrival & departure arrangements and quickly responsive to any issues. As well as being very friendly and welcoming. The age & design of the accommodation might not suit everyone. We were 4 couples and 2 of the rooms were quite small, one opening out onto the central dining area. Otherwise there was plenty of space. The house is old and might benefit from some redecoration but this was reflected in the price. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped and it was good to find some basic ingredients at the start of our stay as well as good supplies of cleaning materials etc.

Muy buena

La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro, pero sin las molestias de los bares y restaurantes. La casa muy bien, con 4 habitaciones con camas cómodas, y con aseo y nevera en la terraza. Sin duda un lugar a repetir yendo con amigos o familia. La propietaria Agata de 10, facilitándonos en todo momento la estancia y la realización del check in.

Feest in Malaga

In dit heerlijke, karakteristieke huis met z ' n zevenen verbleven. Gastvrij ontvangen door Agathe. Het huis staat in een prachtige straat in het centrum van Malaga, op loopafstand van het strand. En eten, borrelen en zonnen op het dakterras maakt het verblijf hier helemaal af. We waren in Malaga in verband het huwelijksfeest van vrienden. Het was fantastisch!

Excellent location.. if your looking for all the mod cons better booking a hotel as this apt was as quirky as they come ..after the bad rain we arrived as Agathe was cleaning up water in the tv room which never bothered us as she had let us check in early which was good of her .. everything you need in the apt if you were planning to eat in ..had a problem with the WiFi and the upstairs electric plugs which was a bit of a pain but still had a great time at this apartment..roof terrace was great sitting out for a drink ..thanks again Agathe for your help hope to visit again sometime 👍

Heel erg leuk l, groot, zeer compleet (van föhn, douche spullen tot en met een fles cava en kruiden etc)en mooi karakteristiek huis, veel ruimte, top dakterras en midden in de stad . Supermarkt om de hoek. Ontvangst door Agathe was heel prima ondanks onze vertraging. Zij is meer dan goed bereikbaar voor vragen en regelde ook de taxi. Top!

Perfect spot for us!

We spent three nights at this charming house! It is in the perfect location, quiet at night, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The place has lots of character, has great beds, and just feels good. The kitchen had everything we needed which we don't always find in airbnb's. The terrace is amazing! We were allowed to check-out late which helped our schedule. Agathe was friendly and clearly interested in making our stay the best possible. We would definitely stay here again!

Haus mit Charme

Das Haus hat im ganzen unsere Erwatungen erfüllt. Alles war funktionstüchig. Wir haben das Haus zwar nur mit 5 Personen bewohnt, aber mit 8 Personen wird es ebensfalls super gehen. Platz ist ausreichend zur Verfügung. Agathe, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Stil des Hauses ist typisch Andalusisch. Wir spürten zu jeder Zeit das wir in Spanien sind. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt unserer Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt und würden es dafür immer wieder buchen. Strand war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man den Weg durch den Tunnel geht. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden, jedoch sehr rar. Agathe hat uns einen Tip gegeben, wo wir meistens einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Ist dann fußläufig 5-10 Minuten. Einmal ist es uns nicht gelungen und wir haben im öffentlichen Parkhaus das Auto abgestellt. Allerdings kostet es 23 Euro/Tag. 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Von dieser Stelle möchten wir uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Agathe bedanken.

We loved this bit of old Malaga

Quirky, homely and convenient. There were eight of us spread over four great double bedrooms. We had everything we needed and the luxury of a large roof terrace. If you're an IKEA fan...book somewhere else 😁
