Architect house, lakeside, with pool

Modern detached house that houses our family all the rest of the year. It is located in a residential and quiet area. Access to the lake on foot in 3 minutes.

With heated pool, electric shutters as protection. We ask children over 8 who can swim so as not to take risks.

15 minutes walk from the center of the village, with many local shops (bakery, butcher, cheese, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy, ..).

At the edge of Lake Bourget, the beach and the port. Multiple water sports (sailing club, boat rental, paddel, beach for kite surfing).

Mountains nearby (Bauges, Chartreuse) and multiple activities (hiking, golf, cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, climbing and via ferrata ..).
Col to go by bike from the house (Revard, Granier, Epine ...).

Bike paths 200 m from the house that takes you to Aix les Bains and Chambéry.

Access: one hour from Lyon or Geneva airports. 15 minutes by car from Chambéry or Aix les bains (city with thermal cures, thalassotherapy) Historic and tourist town.

You will have access to a large part of the 220m2 house, swimming pool, garden, carport.

House of full foot consisting of a main entrance with a big annexed cloakroom, the entrance gives on the living room 70m2 (access to the terrace and garden).
A secondary entrance overlooking the laundry room and a workshop.
Equipped kitchen, (30m2, access terrace) open on the living room, a storeroom.
A parental suite of 30m2 (room with a bed 160, room of bath, dressing) seen lake, access garden.
3 rooms of 14m2 (those of our children, 2 rooms with bed of 140, 1 rooms with bed of 90), two rooms of bath.
An office, Wifi access.
We do not have the TV, but a 3x4m overhead projector.

On the terrace sitting area and fully equipped meals (tables, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol).
Around the pool, a lounge chair, 4 armchairs.
