Visit the Ness Heritage Centre and discover the well-preserved Carloway Broch, or enjoy a stroll round the historic Callanish Standing Stones. Nearby, boat trips offer a chance to spot an abundance of wildlife, or further afield discover the archipelago St. Kilda, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are also numerous festivals which take place throughout the year including the popular Hebridean Celtic Festival held in July.
