Hi, I'm Andreas, owner and manager of 6 holiday villas in Cyprus. My idea was to create a complex of villas that are homey, comfortable, and private for families to enjoy quality time together. I live in one of the villas in the complex, so I am available 24/7 to solve problems and give suggestions for things to see and do in Cyprus.
My family and I moved here from South Africa specifically to build and manage the villas, and Cyprus is an ideal place for us—it's great place for kids, and we get to do something we love, which makes this an ideal family-run business for us. We look forward to meeting you!

As a family-run business ourselves, family vacations are our speciality. We choose this location for our villas at Coral Bay specifically for how central—yet quiet—they are. Everything that brings travelers to Cyprus is easy to access by foot or by car, from seaside relaxation to historical and archaeological adventures. We're also happy to help you hire a car at a discount.

Just 300 meters away at Coral Bay, you'll find a resort sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and playground. A bit further is the seafront with natural rock pools that create the perfect setting for a family photo shoot or spectacular wedding photos. And only 700 meters from your front door is the quieter of a pair of blue flag beaches at Corallia Bay, situated right next to the bus stop.
Drive 2 km to the village of Peyia, where you can sip with the locals at tavernas and wine bars.
And Paphos Town is only 12 km away. This former capital city is where you'll find fortresses, castles, and medieval ports, as well as the immaculately preserved mosaics in the Tomb of the Kings.
