I had always hoped to own a home here, and that happened in 2011 (“Mike's Bayside Dream”) after my daddy However, Hurricane Sandy destroyed my little beach bungalow in 2012. It has now been completely rebuilt in 2017 and I am so happy to share it with all of you!

This property has the best location on the lagoon. It is situated right at the end of the water and has the best views for a reason. The sun rises on the water to watch from your private dock and sets perfectly for your enjoyment on the front deck. No matter which way you will look, you'll never be missing picturesque view. “Downstairs” at the ground level, there is a handmade wooden bar with bar stools as well as sofas and chairs for additional seating. There is a garage door that opens completely, giving way to the dreamy waterfront views out back and encouraging flow between the indoors and outside. Here you’ll find a covered outdoor patio with a large dining area and lounge seating surrounded by a fire pit, lush plants and privacy curtains. Beyond the patio there are loungers for sunbathing and a 30-foot dock with a ladder so you can jump right off the dock and into the water. The entire property is fenced as is the dock, which is accessed by gate. Crab, fish, swim, kayak, sup right from your own backyard.
