The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen-sized beds and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The stunning living room is fully furnished and equipped with a cozy gas fireplace for those breezy nights. An open floor plan in the kitchen with magnificent views overlooking the lagoon. Walk out the back door and experience the bay at your toes. Enjoy fun and excitement among the 30ft private dock and spacious fenced in backyard. The property is just minutes away from all of the best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true experience. 5 minutes to the open bay by boat. We loved it so much we booked it again!

After an amazing week in this home last year, we happily booked it again for our family vacation this year--and it was just as wonderful! The home is modern and airy and clean, and it's so easy to get to the beach. The garage is loaded with beach chairs, bikes, and water activities. We used the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards in the lagoon. Monica is very communicative, and her home has everything you need for a wonderful beach week! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! No worries at Lagoona Matata! :)

We had an amazing week at this beautifully decorated and comfortable home. We made use of its many amenities, from the bikes to the kayaks to the beach passes to the crab traps! The setting at the end of the lagoon made for beautiful nights overlooking the water. The location gave us quick access to 72 for shopping, restaurants, and an easy drive to LBI. Monica was an excellent communicator and answered every question quickly and helpfully. Highly recommended!

Simply fantastic

I can’t recommend Monica and her wonderful house more highly. Everything was spotless and organized. There were detail instructions for everything. I can’t even think of something the house didn’t have—there were SUPs, kayaks, tubes, life vests, beach badges, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Rent with confidence!!

A Jersey girl, born and raised! My roots run deep to the Jersey Shore. I had always hoped to own a home here, and that happened in 2011 (“Mike's Bayside Dream”) after my daddy However, Hurricane Sandy destroyed my little beach bungalow in 2012. It has now been completely rebuilt in 2017 and I am so happy to share it with all of you!

This property has the best location on the lagoon. It is situated right at the end of the water and has the best views for a reason. The sun rises on the water to watch from your private dock and sets perfectly for your enjoyment on the front deck. No matter which way you will look, you'll never be missing picturesque view. “Downstairs” at the ground level, there is a handmade wooden bar with bar stools as well as sofas and chairs for additional seating. There is a garage door that opens completely, giving way to the dreamy waterfront views out back and encouraging flow between the indoors and outside. Here you’ll find a covered outdoor patio with a large dining area and lounge seating surrounded by a fire pit, lush plants and privacy curtains. Beyond the patio there are loungers for sunbathing and a 30-foot dock with a ladder so you can jump right off the dock and into the water. The entire property is fenced as is the dock, which is accessed by gate. Crab, fish, swim, kayak, sup right from your own backyard.
