Surprisingly large, airy and welcoming, Casa Coll can sleep up to 6 guests in air-conditioned interiors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, welcoming lounges and wide terraces / patios. With the added bonus of a small garage (for cars up to 4m in length) parking will not even be a problem despite the extremely central location!

The house is set over 2 floors and retains many original Mallorca features, carefully mixed with modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with separate kitchen (fully equipped) and access to a superb outdoor patio, partially shaded, also housing a useful barbecue, dining facilities and ping-pong table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all doubles and pleasantly furnished, together with 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). On the upper floor, a wide furnished terrace, runs all along the property for an unforgettable outdoor living experience. The house is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, air-conditioning in the bedrooms of the upper floor (at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Lovely traditional Spanish Town House

The traditional furniture and decor. Very close to all the amenities of Pollenca Old Town More comfortable seating in the courtyard area. Better instructions of where to take rubbish - the map on the wall in the villa is for Alcudia!
