Cap Negre is a stunning 4 bedroom villa in Jávea with amazing sea views over the Mediterranean.



Sleeps 8, offers air conditioning in three bedrooms, wifi, satellite TV and stunning sea views.



Entry to the villa is through the gardens and into the hallway which leads to a spacious open plan living room with sumptuous leather seating and a lovely dining room that seats 8, and overlooks the sea. There really is no escaping the views in this villa!



The views from the dining room are stunning and look out over the sea. On this level you will find the wonderfully modern and fully equipped kitchen and utilty room. Also on this level is a useful cloakroom and a second living room which can double as a 4th bedroom if required.



Leading off from the dining room is the furnished naya, again with lovely views, a BBQ and a fridge - this area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea views with a drink in hand.



On the lower level of the villa there is the master bedroom with air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own patio doors leading to the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath. Further on is a double bedroom with a ceiling fan,air conditioning and again patio doors leading onto the pool terrace and also a twin room with air conditioning.. The family bathroom consists of a bath with shower over.



Outside the gardens and grounds are furnished with relaxing chairs and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower. The private swimming pool will keep you cool on those lazy summer days.



The villa is extremely well furnished and tastefully decorated. Apart from the views, the location is what really sets this villa apart. Set in a stunning location in the Cap Negre area of Jávea with the local blue flag beaches a short drive away. Locally there are two or three restaurants within the area and a small supermarket approximately 1km away while the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse is a short walk away.



The bustling Arenal beach is 5.5km away and the award winning Granadella beach is 4km.



There is private off road parking on the driveway.
