JACs 4 bedroom lodge is situated at Atlantic Reach, home to a wide range of self-catering holiday cottages, two swimming pools included in the price, a traditional pub, a modern café, outdoor play areas and huge recreational spaces for non-stop playing.
Set in the Cornish countryside, only 6 miles from the popular surf town of Newquay and its spectacular beaches including Fistral, the famous surfing beach. Newquay boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars.
The location is within easy access to the A30, so you couldn’t wish for a better base from which to explore everything Cornwall has to offer, The perfect family getaway in the heart of North Cornwall, where you can enjoy plenty of resort activities while being a stone’s throw away from the county’s most popular attractions, breathtakingly beautiful beaches and famous surf spots.

The lodge has four-bedrooms, three-bathroom, sleeping up to 10 people, and includes the excellent on-site leisure facilities.
A large, open-plan living and dining area, plus there’s an easy access shower room and toilet, as well as the first of the four double bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom king-size bed with an ensuite, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom complete with a jacuzzi corner bath and separate walk-in shower.
Bed linen plus duvets and pillows are included but we do not provide towels for use during your stay

Would 100% come back again!

Beautiful property, such an amazing week away which was perfect for my 3 year old and 80 year old Nan. It was perfect from start to finish, I would 100% come back here again, so close to everything too. We stayed for 7 days and there was just so much to do everyday, even if we didn’t leave the resort there was still lots to do. It was such an amazing week. Would recommend to anybody who wants a beautiful break but doesn’t want to travel abroad.

Excellent accommodation with everything we could have wanted.

I think that the facilities were very good , there was lots of space in the property and everything we could have needed. Loved the big table ! The beds were super comfortable and having 3 toilets was super convenient. There were a couple of negatives : we would have liked bath towels … there was a horrible smell in the fridge on our arrival and lasted for a few days… gone by the time we left. It smelt like fish ! These negative points wouldn’t put us off booking the property again.

Enjoyable but...

Enjoyed holiday but no soft play. Also single beds are extremely uncomfortable-need replacing urgently. There is no shop on site for basics which would have been very useful. Downstairs bathroom door lock needs fixing . But we all enjoyed our stay

Home from home in a central location

As soon as we walked into the lodge, we felt at home. Beautiful furnishings, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (although we did need to defrost the freezer and throw out some half eaten food that was left in it). The bedrooms were spacious enough for all 10 of us and everyone said how comfy their beds were - I personally found the king size mattress a bit hard for my liking but hubby didn’t complain. The holiday site had lots to do - indoor & outdoor pools, gym, mini golf and 2 parks for the kids plus more that we didn’t get time to investigate. It was the perfect location as quite central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We will definitely book again

Homeland

Being Cornish and being away for 30 years I decided to show my family where I was born and am so proud of being part of, when we arrived at the house it was perfect in every way beautiful clean spacious and well supplied with utensils. The location was fantastic, the site was a little shabby but it’s facilities were perfect for the children, I would definitely recommend it to all families especially if all the houses were as beautiful and perfect as number 51 thank you, if we return we will be booking with you

Atlantic reach stay

The property was homely but tired. In need of update especially in outdoor equipment: bench and chairs weathered and dirty. Also in need of updated heating system as difficult to have hot water for all showers. The extra bed provided was in a poor state and child was unable to sleep on it. The site was good but missing out on a decent shop for newspapers etc. Hut on campsite area with cafe which was lovely, but still needs a bigger shop for essentials as a fair drive to main shops. The leisure facilities were excellent and all provided lovely food.

Nice property, good location

Ideal location around mid Cornwall. Lovely house, with facilities on site. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and arcade.

Perfect house perfect location

As a party of 6 adults a 4yr old and a baby the house was perfect, plenty of space with everything you could possibly need to make the stay enjoyable. For us it was a great location to be in plenty to do never stuck finding anywhere. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back we loved it.

Fantastic !

Just returned from a fantastic week here. We had amazing weather which felt like being abroad but the property itself was amazing ! 10 of us stayed age range 8-67 and there was plenty of room. It is just like a home from home experience with all the essentials and more to cook what ever you need. Property was immaculately clean and lots of games / dvds etc. Furnishings are lovely and beds are very comfortable. We had a lovely bbq outside dinner the spacious area - it is end of terrace so the outdoor areas for the children are fantastic ! We meet really nice families also so was nice for the children to play together on the evenings while we relaxed outside with a few drinks/ bbq etc. Site in itself is lovely very clean and safe for children. Pool and pool area is nice for children and families - bar nice and close and drinks can be brought in with plastic glasses. Booking is still required for 4 hour slots, however they do allow you to stay past your slot if it is quieter - all staff are very friendly on sight and give good tips where to visit/ etc we found this useful for surfing. When corona allows there will be evening entertainment and daytime by the pool - this was not available for us but was explained to me by the owners who have also been very helpful and respond to your questions in a timely manner. Also very helpful when my son has left his tablet at the property and they have kindly agreed to return it to our home address. Would highly recommend 10/10 for us.

Great place in a great location

Family of 6, kids ranging from 7months to 12 yrs old. Very spacious property and it has everything you need ie cutlery, pots and pans, DVDs, board games etc. BBQ with Outside table and seating was great when the weather picked up. The site has an indoor pool which is a god send when it rains. Also a takeaway with Pizzas and Hotdogs which were expensive but nice. You are in an ideal location to explore Cornwall, and only a minute from the major road in the Area. Highly recommend a visit, reasonable price for a 4 bed property in the heart of Cornwall.

Perfect

Lovely property with lots of space and homely seaside theme. Good location away from crowds of Newquay but plenty of on site facilities,which are all within 5 minute walk. On site staff very friendly. The house is very clean and well equipped, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,one of which on ground floor, perfect for grandma. Grandkids loved it and had a very busy few days. Indoor pool is great and cafe and pub food both very good. There’s lots to do within easy reach. Kappa valley railway(10 minutes drive) was brilliant. We would definitely book this again.
