VILLA SANTANA a lovely villa, great terrace with heated pool and BBQ area

Villa Santana is a large, detached villa for 6 people in a very quiet area. It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 with a double bed 1.80 and one twin bedded room, with bed side tables and built in wardrobes.
There is a large bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
There is an independent double room, with double bed/ en suite which you will find situated off of the pool area, with bedside tables and wardrobe.
There is a large bathroom with toilet and shower.

The swimming pool is 7x4 metres is surrounded by a very large terrace and garden, with relaxing terrace furniture.

When you book please indicate if you wish to have the pool heated or not, thank you.
A wonderful BBQ area with dining table which seats 6 where can sit and enjoy lunch el fresco.
You will also find in Los Calmares where Villa Santana is situated a communal pool and baby pool plus a tennis court ( entry is by password )

From the lounge there are large doors to the terrace, in the lounge are comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch TV, we have British channels. We also have music, dvd, books and games.

The dining room is to your right as you enter the villa, with seating for 6 and views to the terrace.

From the lounge the kitchen is to your left, fully equipped with all white goods, plates, glasses and much more.

From the kitchen there is a patio with a washing machine and washing line, pegs

The property provides bath towels and bed linen.

Great Villa in a Great Location

Excellent villa in a quiet location within walking distance of all the amenities Playa Blanca has to offer. Outdoor area was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous 2 week stay. The Villa was as described, check in was faultless and the very well stocked welcome pack was the best we have experienced. Beds were all very comfy with additional blankets at hand if needed. We had complete bedding and towel change during our 2 week stay which was great ( we obviously used the washing machine for towel washes in between but fresh towels and bedding are always nice) SuperDino a short walk away has everything you need, we did not hire a car but had no desire to taxi to Aldi or Lidl - the villa had the essentials of bin bags, kitchen roll, tinfoil etc which we replaced when needed. The pool is a good size - we went for the heated option in January.Lots of space and seating in the pool area . One of our party has mobility issues but the villa and the walk to the shopping area and

Would 100% return - wonderful villa, incredible location!

This is a lovely, well equipped villa in an incredible location - with just a short walk to the centre of PB and the large supermarket. Villa managers were lovely to deal with and super responsive. I’d book to stay there again in a heartbeat!

Villa was excellent very clean,everything you needed, bedroom on the end was very welcome . The welcome pack was a great surprise which meant we didn’t have to shop until the next day as snacks drink and breakfast was catered for Would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay and hope to return

We had a wonderful time. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The villa was clean and had every amenity you could want. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the welcome basket was plentiful and well thought out. We all loved the pool and outdoor space and the location was ideal for Playa Blanca. We didn’t need a car. We would definitely stay here again.

Another lovely stay

This was our 2nd visit and we definitely return for a 3rd. Owners and management team are great and very helpful. The villa is located in an excellent location, only a 10 minute stroll to the restaurants and bars. Our only issue is that I think some areas could do with being replaced, i.e. outside cushions are very flat and provide little comfort, also the dishes are marked through age and need replacing. The pool is great but the drain cover was missing which was a bit dangerous as my foot slipped into the drain a couple of times. As I said we will be back but it would be even better if some items were replaced.

Excellent villa in great location

Loved our stay in Villa Santana, lovely private pool area and nice clean villa. Booking and check in process was easy and the welcome pack was great as we did not arrive until after 10pm ! The only downside is that only the master bedroom has air-con, all other bedrooms and living areas only have fans. We had a Calima (winds from Africa) while we were there and the temperature was 35c at 1am !! There were only 2 of us so our bedroom was lovely but if we had kids or friends staying then it would have been impossible to sleep. Only other small complaint is that there are no mattresses for the sunbeds so they are a little uncomfortable. Apart from those issues, everything else was great and we would come back.

Lovely villa in a great location

Location is great for the centre of Playa Blanca, the Marina and Flamingo Beach - all are within walking distance. Villa is lovely - private and quiet. Communication and response from the owner was excellent and an issue with the lock on the gate was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The only small comment is that the supplied white bath towels had to last us the full 10 days and they got rather grubby!🙂

Great until spoiled by green skin & hair from pool.

Stayed here for 10 days with my husband and teenage daughter, having spent the previous week at another resort in the area and the villa opposite, rented by my sister. The villa itself is very nice and on a good size plot. The Villa is well maintained and equipped. The laundry area is super useful. Pamela, the Villa contact was so very helpful. Any time we had an issue, she dealt with it immediately. There is only one air conditioning unit in the entire villa and that is in the double bedroom. It means that it was unbearably hot at night when we were there (July/August). Fans are provided in every room but they didn’t touch the temperature. We had an enjoyable stay until 5 days in when the pool guy came to clean it. We had really enjoyed the pool until then, with no problems. After he left, every day from then on our skin, hair and swimwear were all green. I had to use tomato ketchup to neutralise my daughter and husband’s hair at night and wash the green from the towels every day. I called the villa contact and the pool guy had said that our sunscreen was the problem. I explained that it was regular Nivea spray and we’d used it for years, in fact at 3 different pools, including this villa, with no problem, until the day the pool was cleaned/treated. They said they had never had that problem there before. The pool guy came back the next day to check the pool, whilst we were out and said the levels were perfect. Still each day thereafter we had awful green skin, hair and swimwear. It’s a shame because everything else we’d enjoyed.

Delightful villa

A gem of a villa located in a lovely and quiet residential part of Playa Blanca. The Villa is well appointed for a wide range of needs and situated close to the Super Dino supermarket and restaurants as advertised. Pamela was a super help with great communication. We look forward to going back again next summer.

Lovely villa

We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Santana. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. It's nicely furnished and decorated and the pool was brilliant. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from a supermarket and 10 minutes onto playa blanca seafront. Just a 15 minute walk to playa dorada and playa flamingo. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Pamela and Marina for a great stay.

Great place - great location

This was a lovely villa with everything you needed. Very clean. There was an amazing welcome pack with so much stuff we didn't go shopping until the next day. The pool is a great size and heated though a little chilly getting in! Its in a fabulous location, one of the few villas you can walk into town from. The communication from Pamela throughout the whole booking process was superb. I would highly recommend this villa, hope I can get it again.

Villa Santana

The property was clean and spacious, and we were greeted on our arrival with a fabulous welcome basket. The property is in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There is loads of seating and out door space for relaxing around the pool. The outdoor pool was a little cool on our arrival but warmed up during our stay. This is a lovely property in a quiet area close to all amenities.

Exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful villa - the photographs do not do it justice. The quality of the villa was superb and Pamela and Manolo were brilliant and provided us with an amazing welcome pack. Thank you both. Have been coming to Playa Blanca for many years and have stayed at some wonderful places but this is definitely one of our favourites. Highly recommended.
