The apartment is equipped with photovoltaic panels and every comfort (two bathrooms, brand new washing machine, air conditioners, wi-fi, TV ....) including a hydromassage shower. Located on the seafront of Nizza di Sicilia, a charming town on the Ionian coast between Messina (30 minutes) and Taormina (15 minutes).
The apartment is convenient to beaches, restaurants, bars, center and town square.
