Inserted in small and recent residential complex, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second double bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a large veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and parking. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue. All around a very large green space with lawn, vines, olive trees and the rare pomp where children can play in peace and adults can enjoy strolling regenerating immersed in the smell of clean air. The silence and tranquility make it completely the owner for a truly relaxing holiday, however close to the main services of the Caletta and Siniscola as well as to the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest that dives in a transparent sea with beautiful colors. For larger groups, in the same structure are available three-room apartments for six people and also a four-room apartment with two bathrooms.
