This villa situated in the urbanisation Benicolada is ideal for 6 people. The lower floor offers 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kitchenware. A complete bathroom and terrace. The upper floor has a double bedroom and terrace. The plot has a private swimming pool, garden furniture and a large private garden.

The house has air conditioning in the downstairs corridor between the living room and the bedrooms (facing the bedrooms).

There is private parking for several cars.

Pets are allowed on request and at an additional cost of 50€/week.

Bed linen and towels are included.
