Villa Can Pujadas with stunning views over the countryside

We are pleased to present our holiday home for children in Mallorca, Villa Can Pujadas, located near the city of Manacor, on the east coast of the island. The capital of the region, Manacor, the second most important city on the island, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, pharmacies, and a well-developed infrastructure, is located 5 minutes by car, and several sandy beaches such as Sa Coma, Cala Millor, Porto Cristo, etc. ideal for families with children, can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.



Villa Can Pujadas is a charming Mallorcan-style house that offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, TV and decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with 3 single beds and 1 bathroom.



On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom, a semi-covered terrace with a living area and dining room where you can relax and enjoy spectacular views of the peaceful countryside.



The holiday home is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, standing fans, heaters, bedding, towels, etc. The property also offers covered private parking for at least 3 cars.



Villa Can Pujadas is situated on a private and enclosed plot, offering a large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a well-maintained garden with olive trees, lemon trees and mandarin trees, and a large number of Mediterranean and typical Mallorcan trees and plants.

Also, it will have a summer kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking and with a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing the freshest meat, seafood and vegetables from the area. In addition, it has an outdoor bathroom nearby.



The little ones will appreciate a lovely children's playground with a wooden playhouse, where they can spend hours playing while you enjoy the relaxing countryside atmosphere.



It is an ideal place for families or a group of friends who wish to spend pleasant moments.

*After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your booking.

*Deposit payment and online check-in are mandatory to access the accommodation.

*KEY COLLECTION WILL BE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.

*3 days before your arrival (if deposit payment and check-in were completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation key box.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the day and official check-in time indicated in your reservation.

*On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*No events or parties are allowed*

*Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*

*We kindly ask you to keep kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
