This barn conversion is situated close to Robin Hood's Bay and can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms. Please note: This property has feather pillows and bedding.
Mill House is a delightful converted barn situated close to Robin Hood's Bay. It houses two bedrooms, 1 x ground floor king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor king-size double with dedicated shower room, basin and WC. Please note: This property has feather pillows and bedding. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, you will find a balcony area and ample off-road parking. Mill House is a superb base for a family break to Yorkshire. Electric cars can be charged at the property but there would be a supplementary charge, information will be at the property and please contact the owner regarding this.
Amenities: Eco biomass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Freesat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Residential fuel and power inc. in rent (car charging available at an extra supplement). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Two electric vehicle charging points are available in the main yards at South House Farm for customer use at a supplementary cost. Bike storage. Small courtyard garden with furniture, first floor balcony with furniture.
