Located in one of Denver's oldest historic neighborhoods, my 109-year-old house is full of its original character and charm including original fireplace, exposed brick walls and built-in wine cabinet, and skylights. The inside has been worked over more than the Rockies pitching staff, including brand new hardwood floors, paint, appliances, bathrooms and furniture. My house is in a perfect location due to it's 4 block proximity to City Park and a hop skip and a jump to Downtown Denver, while still being in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Also nearby: Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, B-Cycle Station, and the Light Rail.
The main floor makes great for entertaining, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and access to the patio/backyard complete with new patio furniture, large umbrella, grill, and electric fire pit.
The basement floor has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, meditation room, and common space with a queen-size air mattress.
-2 Beds (sleeps up to 4)
-1 Air Mattress (sleeps up to 2)
-1 Couch (sleeps 1)
You have access to the entire house, including the fenced in private backyard and back patio.
I have wireless internet, cable, a 46-inch TV, a Blu-Ray player, and a sound bar that also works as a Bluetooth device so you can play music from your smartphone.

We loved it nice and quiet
Nice clean home!!
This home is clean, updated and a super great place to stay!!!
Jenni was very communicative and the place was perfect. I would recommend this to friends and family. So close to the park and downtown activities.
We really enjoyed the space and it had everything we needed!
I loved this VRBO!0 First of all Jenni was very friendly and on top of answering all our questions. The location is centric and we never had a problem with street parking. The house itself is beautiful and very clean. There is a beautiful skylight in the dining room and upstairs bathroom and a lovely patio in the back. The bed I slept on was comfortable and very cozy with clean covers and sheets. The bathrooms felt like hotel bathrooms with all the amenities and the entire place gives a sense of uniqueness . I would definately stay here again!
Thank you for taking such great care of my home during your stay. Karishma was great at communicating throughout the booking process and during her stay. You are welcome back anytime!
Beats staying in a hotel but pictures slightly deceiving
Overall this HomeAway sure beat staying in a cramped hotel room, especially with three of us. The property was recently updated and had high-end finishes, truly making it better than a hotel. The biggest surprise was the lack of central air conditioning and only one portable AC unit in the family room, which made sleeping in the upstairs bedroom nearly impossible over the hot Labor Day weekend. There was what appeared to be a built in window unit for the upstairs bedroom by the trash cans outside, and a newer-looking bedroom window installed so maybe others haven't had this issue yet. Even with the portable AC unit, the entire property could not be cooled by just it. The second bedroom is located down in the basement, which does stay nice and cool, but the pictures somewhat hide the fact that half of the property is located in the basement (does have an egress window). The location is a close taxi/Uber ride to most locations in Denver.
