The apartment is practically new and is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with everything you need (with washing machine and dishwasher).
To sleep has 2 beds, one in each bedroom and the other bedroom has two single beds.
The place is very quiet and is very close, about 5 minutes walk from the station of public transport (train, metro and bus) and a wide range of commercial services and restaurants.

Well furnished and clean apartment in conveinient Lisbon location

Manuel and his daughter Alexandra made the check-in / checkout process very convienient and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and furnishings included a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, TV with movie channels, strong Wi-fi, 3 bedrooms , living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Elevator and lobby ramp make it easy to move luggage. Its maybe 5 minutes walk to Lisbon's main metro / trian station (Oriente) and 2 metro stops or <€10 taxi to Lisbon International Airport. Lots of scooter,e- bicycle and even car rental nearby. About 10 minutes walk to Lisbon's huge Arena / conference centre (Altrice) and about half that to the Vasco de Gama shopping center which includes a very large grocery store and lots of restaurants / shopping options. You will not be disappointed.

prima adres voor verblijf in Lissabon

Wij verbleven met 4 personen in Lissabon in het appartement van sr Manuel Ferreira. De communicatie vooraf verliep prima en bij aankomst wachtte ons Manuel op. Het appartement was prima, erg schoon, ruim en voorzien van alles (en meer) wat nodig was. Dichtbij trein, bus, taxi en een groot, modern winkelcentrum. Voor een paar euro per taxi naar het centrum. Al met al een prima locatie voor een verblijf in Lissabon!

Estadia Fantástica

Apartamento muito espaçoso para uma família de 6 pessoas. Encontramos o apartamento muito bem arrumado e limpo, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Localização perfeita (5 minutos a pé da gare do oriente) com a possibilidade de deixarmos o carro em segurança na garagem. Gostaria de agradecer ao Sr. Manuel toda a simpatia e ajuda prestada durante a nossa estadia. Recomendo vivamente. Very spacious apartment for a family of 6 people. We found the apartment very neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. Perfect location (5 minutes walk from gare do orient) with the possibility of leaving the car safely in the garage. Great location!

Great location because it is within walking distance to Vasco de Gama shopping centre, Oriente metro subway station and Parque das Nacoes (former Expo 98 site). Manuel was very helpful when we checked in and the apartment was very comfortable.

Uma estadia perfeita e inesquecível

A nossa viagem foi toda ela programada com quase um ano de antecedência. Vimos diversos anúncios e contactamos alguns alojamentos. Até que encontramos o anúncio do Sr. Manuel Ferreira. Explicamos ao que íamos e o que queríamos. Depois de uma troca de palavras, chegamos a um entendimento. Efectuamos o pagamento faseado de forma a que quando lá chegássemos tudo estivesse pago. Chegados ao local, não só a residência ultrapassava largamente a nossa expectativa como também a localização era um sonho. Bem no meio de tudo, nomeadamente, o Parque das Nações, a pouca distância das entradas para sul ou norte... Não podíamos ter pedido melhor. Ao sr. Manuel Ferreira, temos apenas um pedido: continue o seu bom trabalho. Da nossa parte, só terá elogios. Muito obrigado e até um dia.

Appartamento molto pulito, ottima posizione, Subito dietro la gare di oriente e si vede molto bene la struttura in ferro. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile Solamente i primi due giorni c erano degli operai che lavoravano vicino già di prima mattina ed era difficile dormire. Nous étions étonné de l'appartement beaucoup mieux que sur les photos, il est plutôt très bien équipé en matériel. L'emplacement est parfait pour toutes destinations (bus tram centre commercial...). Manuel est vraiment très gentil et n'hésite pas à venir en cas de soucis je vous le recommande vivement, d'ailleurs nous reviendrons sûrement.

Everything was very good. Handover was uncomplicated and easy. Unfortunately the appartment does not have heating and it was a bit cold. But it was OK. The bath has an extra heater. For visiting the fair the loction is very good. 10 min. walk and a big supermarket and shopping center on the way. We would take it again.

With a group of 6 we shared 3 spacious bedrooms. We all enjoyed the very clean and need appartment which was equiped with all necessities and even much more as expected. Manuel was very helpfull and friendly. Even supported us and called a taxi. The location is just 5 minutes walking to the MEO arena and nearby the metro and trainstation. We had a joyfull stay. Very clean, good location, good value

We were welcomed by Manuel and shown around the flat. We were also allowed in in the morning which made a difference as a lot of places you have to wait until later on. The place was spotless and clean and in good condition It has very basic amenities, however definately worth it for the money and location near the triathlon I was competing at. Many thanks
