This property is privately owned and it is HOA-managed Condo complex.
ALL bookings MUST be approved by the Homeowner's Association.
A valid, government-issued ID MUST be provided to the owner directly and IS required to be submitted together with the signed lease and a rental application to the HOA for verification and approval. HOA requires consent for Criminal Check and Credit Check. A $150.00 fee is payable directly to the HOA by cheque.
The verification and approval process takes up to 14 business days.

Credit check, references, and a security deposit equal to the monthly rent required. $1950.00 ALL INCLUSIVE (water/sewer, electricity, HS Internet included) per calendar month for stays between April and October. Possibility of discounted rate - conditions apply. $150 HOA application fee, $150 one-time cleaning fee)
DISCOUNTED monthly rate for December, January, February, and March is $2500.00 USD plus all applicable fees.
