We loved it!

Inside the property is a little tired. Actually the positive is that it’s more like staying in someone’s home, rather than a holiday apartment. The location is fantastic, the lake is right outside and the walk into town is lovely. We really enjoyed cooking on the outside griddle. The evenings were a bit chilly at the end of September and we appreciated the stove.

Brilliant location

Beautifully clean, well equipped and fabulous location just as described. Inside very nice, main bedroom beautiful and nice bathroom. Downstairs second bathroom rather small. Garden and outside area needs a bit of TLC, also some more comfortable seating. Microwave/oven didn’t work, but helpful responses from owner, otherwise kitchen excellent. Small welcome pack would help, wifi code, how to work oven, how far to town etc. But overall a really fabulous place to stay

Prachtige plek aan het mooie Orta meer, leuk appartement,

Fijn verwelkomd door eigenaar, tuin met veel privacy. Mooiste plekje aan het meer. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de kano’s en eigen pier, geweldig!

Phantastisch, aber entsetzlich

Bilder gibt es ja kaum; schon das ist System. Trotz warnender früherer Bewertungen waren wir vor der Ankunft betreffs des "abgewohnten Zustands" und der "unzureichenden Sauberkeit" der Unterkunft immer noch optimistisch. Die Enttäuschung war leider doch sehr groß, scheint dem Gastgeber Kritik fürchterlich egal zu sein. Es ist tatsächlich stellenweise ekelhaft bis geradezu unzumutbar, was hier auf Zeit vermietet wird. Und ich bin schon wirklich tolerant, pragmatisch und hart im Nehmen. Eigentlich sollte hier fewo, als Vermittlungsagentur diese Wohnung wegen des mangelhaften Zustands als nicht vermietbar aussortieren. Ich würde mich als Gastgeber schämen !! Und das ist alles noch versucht diplomatisch formuliert. Die Lage ist dennoch genial und das Potenzial der Wohnung wäre auch echt riesig. Kontakt und Zugang waren einfach

De plek was geweldig: direct aan het meer, kano’s, dichtbij dorpje Orta SAN Guilio. Het huis heeft wat aandacht nodig: betere bedden, voor WiFi zorgen, buitenkussens zijn kapot, badkamers zijn verouderd en krap.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben eine Woche in luca‘s Haus verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Luca ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber, der Check in hat wunderbar geklappt! Die Lage ist herrlich, direkt am See mit privater Terrasse und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Spaziergang nach Orta führt immer direkt am See entlang und ist wunderschön! Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist für vier Personen mit zwei Hunden ideal. Grazie mille, Luca!

Kurzurlaub am Ortasee

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, direkt am See und der Spaziergang nach San Giulio ist wunderschön, etwa 15 Min alles dem See entlang. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es hat aber alles was man braucht. Luca war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, mit dem check in hat alles prima geklappt.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Private Terrasse mit bequemen Liegen zum Erholen. Große Wohnung. Schöner Laufweg zum Ort. Sehr sympathischer Vermieter hat uns innerhalb weniger Stunden den Gasgrill ersetzt, als er kaputt war. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt.

Ferientage direkt am See

Wir haben die Tage in dieser Wohnung direkt am See trotz viel Regenwetter sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Städtchen und die Kajak-Ausfahrten haben uns die Tage angenehm und ereignisvoll erfüllt. Die Stimmungen am See und die charmante Umgebung waren wirklich eine Reise wert.

Morbider Charme in toller Lage

Sehr gut: Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Holzsteg und direkter Bademöglichkeit in wunderbarem, klaren warmen See, toller Blick über den See (nach Osten). Auf Uferfußweg in 15 Minuten ins pittoreske Zentrum San Giulio d'Orta. 2 Kanus stehen zur Verfügung inkl. Schwimmwesten. Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit. Gut: Ausstattung der Küche umfangreich inkl. Waschmaschine (nicht in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt). Schlecht: Kücheneinrichtung und-utensilien stark verschmutzt, abgenutzt, z.T.dadurch unbrauchbar. Sauberkeit insgesamt äußerst mäßig. Die Bäder sind äuserst schlicht ausgestattet (Waschbecken wackelt), aber sauber. Die Möbel sind bis auf ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer alt, abgenutzt und defekt. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer besteht aus dünner Matratze auf Spanplatte, im kleinen Schlafzimmer verhindert eine untergestellte Kiste das Einbrechen der Lattenroste. Kleiderschränke vollgestopft, kaputt und eigentlich nahezu unbrauchbar. Kleines Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster in der angrenzenden Kleiderkammer, das durch ein Laufband zugestellt ist. Die Gartenmöbel sind alt, die Auflagen verdreckt, nur 2 Liegen. In beiden vorhandenen Stereoanlagen sind die CD-Spieler kaputt. Die laut Beschreibung vorhandenen Fahrräder gibt's nicht. Fazit: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so nicht ok. Eine tolle Lage, ein schönes Haus. Der Charme ist vielleicht zu morbide.

Tolle Lage!

Wohnung mit Patina. Wer das romantisch morbide Straßenbild der italienischen Orte mag und schon immer wissen wollte, wie es sich in diesen Häusern wohnt, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, der ist hier richtig. Der Fußweg nach Orta und der Seeblick aus dem großen Schlafzimmer sind bezaubernd und haben uns für manche Unperfektheit entschädigt. Wir empfehlen dem Inhaber, im zweiten Schlafzimmer die Logia besser nutzbar zu machen, damit man auch von hier aus auf den See schauen kann. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Und an Silvester gab es ein Höhenfeuerwerk von der Insel. Traumhaft!

This is a great place to stay with fantastic views and a great location right on the lake. The town is a short and scenic walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants. Using the canoes let us have great fun on the lake. It was a real pleasure dealing with the owner as he is charming, friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Heerlijke plek om bij te komen

Een heerlijke plek om bij te komen! Vlak aan het meer, rustige plek met eigen tuin en gezellige stenen tafel om aan te eten. We hebben genoten van de twee kano's die je mag gebruiken. Het meer is rustig op deze plek en fijn om te zwemmen of te varen, met helder water. Er loopt een voetpad beneden het huis waarmee je in een kwartiertje naar het dorp loopt. Daar zijn diverse restaurantjes, winkeltjes en terrasjes.
